With the increasingly fierce social competition,the pressure of going to school is sinking,and the school education is difficult to meet the development needs of some students.Extracurricular tutoring,which aims at cultivating students' interest and improving students' performance,has become a large-scale educational economic activity outside the regular schools.Extracurricular tutoring,like the shadow of school education,changes with the change of school education and exerts certain influence on students,families,school education and society.Therefore,the study of after-class tutoring has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This research uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to study extra-curricular tutoring.By reading the existing research results and materials,we have a preliminary overall understanding of the research status of extra-curricular tutoring.Recycling questionnaire investigation and interview method to Jinan X primary school grade 6 students,parents and teachers,to high school students to attend period scale,intensity,content of mathematics instruction after,spending,reason,purpose,effect and so on has carried on the investigation and analysis,analyses the present high school period of primary school students participate in the present situation and problems of the mathematics extracurricular counselling,and countermeasures are put forward.The results show that the sixth grade students of X Primary School in Jinan have the following problems when they take part in mathematics after-class tutoring: the tutoring scale is large and the age trend is obvious;The intensity of mathematics after-class tutoring is big,which exceeds the load capacity of students.Students have a strong utilitarian tendency and serious entanglement when they take part in mathematics after-class tutoring.Students are dependent on math after-class tutoring and their ability of self-study is reduced.Mathematics after-class tutoring effect is not as good as expected.According to the survey and interview results,the author summarizes the reasons for the above problems,and puts forward the following suggestions to schools,families,students,governments,tutoring agencies and other subjects: students should correct their attitudes,improve classroom efficiency,fully understand their own situation and math extracurricular tutoring;Parents should change the concept of exam-oriented education,pay attention to children's physical and mental health development,enhance parent-child communication,and rationally treat math extracurricular tutoring;Schools should be based on the needs of students,enrich the school-based curriculum,to meet the learning needs of different students;The government should make clear the governing body,standardize the market and strengthen the guidance of public opinion.Counseling agencies should guarantee teachers and strengthen the training of tutoring teachers.
