Mathematics is closely related to people's lives.Mathematical literacy is the basic accomplishment that modern people should have to adapt to social life and reform social life.In order to enable everyone to obtain a good mathematics education,people have paid more and more attention to the mathematics learning of the students with difficulty in mathematics Different scholars have studied the students with difficulty in mathematics from different angles and reached different conclusions and results.This paper mainly use the method of investigation to study the psychological problems existing in students with difficulty in mathematics and puts forward corresponding strategies.Analyzing the psychological problems the students with difficulty in mathematics(fifth and sixth grades)have and the psychological problems,exploring the reasons for the existence of psychological problems in several students,and trying to transform them through the transformation of psychological problems are the innovations of this paper.The first part is the introduction of the background and significance of the research.The research on the psychological problems of the students with difficulty in mathematics in the upper grades of the primary school makes the scholars start to look for more new perspectives to study the these students.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the teachers to correctly treat these students and how to transform the students.It has very important theoretical and practical significance.The second part is the literature review,which collates and summarizes the related concepts and theories of learning difficulties,mathematics learning difficulties,and psychological problems.Including the review and integration of research theories such as conceptual definition,classification,and formation of mathematical learning difficulties at home and abroad,as well as the review and integration of related research theories on psychological problems,causes,and intervention strategies for learning difficulties.On this basis,the key and breakthrough points can be discovered to provide theoretical support for the following research.Thirdly,the paper introduces the methods,selection and measurement tools of the research.Then,the result of the research is analyzed,concluding:(1)By comparing the mental health status of the students with difficulty in mathematics and mathematical eugenics,it shows that the students with difficulty in mathematics has great difference from mathematical eugenics;(2)Analyze the psychological problems the students with difficulty in mathematics have.It is mainly reflected in seven aspects:loneliness tendency,inferiority complex,interest of mathematics learning,motivation of mathematics,willpower of mathematics learning consciousness of mathematics learning and fear psychology.Next part is to analyse why the students with difficulty in mathematics have psychological problems.Through investigation and study,this paper discusses the causes of mental problems in the upper grades of primary school from three aspects:school,family and students.Finally,some solving strategies are put forward,including:(1)Strengthening the attention of logarithmic difficulties;(2)Improve teacher-student relations;(3)Provide more opportunities for students to experience success;(4)Guide the students with difficulty in mathematics to correctly find the reason of success or failure;(5)Guide the students with difficulty in mathematics to find out the value of mathematics;(6)Pay attention to creating the mathematics teaching situations;(7)Pay attention to cultivating good mathematics learning habits for the students with difficulty in mathematics(8)Built good home environment.
