The outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 and the promulgation of national documents have made all sectors of the society pay more attention to physical education and sports.Physical education teachers in junior high schools are more concerned in the current social context.The state pays more attention to physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage in policies and conferences.Strict requirements are put forward,and while receiving social support,it also strengthens the teaching requirements and teaching pressure of junior high school physical education teachers,and also affects the psychology of junior high school physical education teachers.In the process of research,it was found that there are very few researches on the professional identity and subjective well-being of physical education teachers.Therefore,this research aims to focus on the professional identity and subjective well-being of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan.The whole research revolves around different social demographic characteristics.The professional identity and subjective well-being of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in the city are analyzed.First of all,this research explores the relationship between the professional identity and subjective well-being of junior middle school physical education teachers in Zhoushan City by using methods such as literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.The purpose of this research is to study and explore the status quo and relationship between the professional identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan,clarify the correlation between the professional identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in junior high schools,to improve and reveal Zhoushan City junior middle school physical education teachers' cognition and demand for professional identity and subjective well-being,as well as the purpose of supplementing the survey data related to physical identity and subjective well-being of physical education teachers.Secondly,in terms of the professional identity of physical education teachers,there is no significant difference in the professional identity of physical education teachers by junior middle school physical education teachers with different genders and different school locations in Zhoushan.However,the professional identity of physical education teachers and physical education teachers under the background of other different social characteristics are both equal.There are significant differences.In terms of the subjective well-being of physical education teachers,there is no significant difference in the subjective well-being of physical education teachers and physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan City of different genders,but there are other subjective well-being of physical education teachers and physical education teachers under the background of different social demographic characteristics.Significant difference.Finally,the correlation analysis and regression analysis between the professional identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan City show that there is a positive correlation between the professional identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan City,and the professional identity of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Zhoushan City.There is an interactive relationship with subjective well-being.Recommendations: 1.Pay more attention to the working status of young physical education teachers,clarify the division of young physical education teachers' achievements in teaching and training,and provide favorable conditions for their promotion of professional titles;2.Improve the importance of physical education in school education and focus on improvement.The professional sense of belonging and professional behavior tendency of physical education teachers;3.Maintain and increase the income of physical education teachers of junior middle schools in Zhoushan City,but prevent the "marginal effect" caused by excessive income;4.Cultivate and improve the professional values of young physical education teachers And role values to enhance the ideological beliefs of physical education teachers.
