Labor dispatch refers to the form of employment in which the dispatching unit "hires people without employing people" and the employing unit "employs people without hiring people".In the banking industry,labor dispatch workers face unfair salary,promotion difficulty,unstable working relationship and other problems,these problems lead to various degrees of psychological and physical discomfort,but also affect the career development of bank labor dispatch employees.This research is mainly on career development problem of bank labor dispatching employees,selecting the bank of N City,Z Bank,N Brunch dispatching employees as the research object,recording their daily work schedule and developing a case study.This research based on advantage perspective and the theory of empowerment and Super's career development,this study mainly adopts the research methods such as participatory observation,depth interview to present the working environment,job characteristics,working condition and mental state of a bank labor dispatching employee in the workplace,find out some practical difficulties such as unfair treatment and career ceiling faced by them.In this study,according to the work plan and goal jointly formulated by the social worker and the labor dispatching employee,the social worker guided the labor dispatching employee,to explore and develop their own professional advantages,helped them to find the career positioning,and the work goal was basically completed.By introducing and applying the service mode in staff professional assistance case,this study fully understand the current job satisfaction and expectations of future career development of bank labor dispatch employees,alleviate the pressure of the employee's body and mind,find themselves at different stages of life orientation,improve their consciousness and the ability of career planning,realize the needs of a higher level of individual,clear suitable career development path.By carrying out case work,in the process of intervention,social workers based on their own experience and "professional" analysis of the problems and practical difficulties faced by labor dispatch employees.In the formulation of intervention strategies,based on Super's career development theory,advantage perspective and empowerment theory,through the advantages and disadvantages analysis,Holland career interest test and other methods to guide and help clients to improve their learning ability and self-regulation ability,so as to find the occupation they are really interested in.Some practical difficulties may be encountered in this process,however,it will also make a further goal of harmonious coexistence of labor dispatch employees and enterprises.
