Senior high school students are in the stage of rapid physical and psychological development,and their mental health is vulnerable to external adverse factors.Mental health education for middle school students is necessary for the healthy growth of students,the development of core literacy and the cultivation of national high-quality innovative talents.The ministry of education has issued a number of documents requiring teachers to properly infiltrate mental health education in the process of subject teaching based on the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development.According to the curriculum standard of biology for senior high school(2017 Edition),it is necessary to develop students’ core literacy of biology in the process of biology studying.Some documents have shown that a healthy psychological state can provide good psychological conditions for the development of core literacy of biology.The present work studied the strategies of infiltration of mental health education into biology teaching in senior high school.The aim of this work is to improve students’ mental health and provide good psychological conditions for cultivating students’ core quality of biology.First of all,this research uses the interview method to understand the current status of the penetration of mental health education by front-line biology teachers.The interview outline sets up 7 questions to understand the teachers’ understanding of mental health education,and their attitudes and practices in the penetration of mental health education in biology teaching.Through investigations,it is found that the overall situation of the current high school biology teaching infiltration of mental health education is not good,there are problems such as the school’s excessive pursuit of enrollment rates,teachers’insufficient awareness and ability to carry out infiltration education,and the inability to integrate biology teaching with mental health education.Then,based on the results of interviews and investigations,combined with literature research,the author proposes internal and external strategies for high school biology teaching to penetrate mental health education.External strategies include improving teachers’ awareness and ability to infiltrate education,establishing an appropriate classroom management model,creating a good classroom atmosphere,and understanding students’ needs in a timely manner;The internal strategy includes starting from the biology teaching itself,adopting the teaching strategy of "whole process penetration",and infiltrating the mental health education into the four steps of mining teaching resources,designing teaching goals,selecting teaching methods and implementing teaching evaluation.Finally,the author conducts practical research based on the proposed strategy to initially verify the feasibility of the strategy.Firstly,use the psychological test method and use the "Mental Health Scale for Middle School Students in China" to investigate the mental health of the students in two classes in the second grade,and make it clear that the students have problems with learning pressure,anxiety,depression,and emotional instability;Then use the case analysis method,combined with the psychological needs of students and the current course progress,select the two sections of "DNA Molecular Structure" and "Human Genetic Diseases" to design and analyze teaching cases;Finally,a practical research method is adopted to carry out teaching practice based on teaching cases,and to summarize and reflect on the teaching effect.Practice shows that the classroom atmosphere is relaxed and happy,and the anxiety of students has been alleviated,indicating a new learning direction for students.On the whole,this research has clarified the problems of the current high school biology teaching infiltrating mental health education.The author puts forward the external and internal strategies of high school biology teaching permeating mental health education.Practical research preliminarily shows that the penetration strategy proposed by this research is feasible and effective.
