"5E" Teaching mode is a kind of inquiry teaching mode which puts students in the central position of learning,and fully stimulates students’ interest in learning through the construction of problems and conflict situations.The General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)points out the core literacy of biology has condensed the most critical and necessary literacy and ability that students should have after they have completed the biology course in middle school.Scientific thinking,as an important component of biological core literacy,is a kind of high-level processing and thinking mode of information that the human brain knows the objective world,and it is a necessary ability for middle school students to analyze and solve biological problems.The main problem studied in this paper is the influence of "5E" teaching mode on the scientific thinking of biology subjects of high school students,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make suggestions for using this teaching mode to promote the development of students’ scientific thinking.Firstly,the author combs the research status and concept definition of "5E" teaching mode and scientific thinking,and introduces the research progress of "5E" teaching mode in cultivating students’ biological scientific thinking.Then,through interview and questionnaire in biology teaching,we understand the development of students’ scientific thinking and analyze it,grasp the shortcomings of high school students’ scientific thinking in biology.Secondly,the "5E" teaching mode design process based on the cultivation of scientific thinking in biology is constructed.And select the important content of biology teaching material of senior one to carry on the teaching design by using the biology classroom teaching frame designed.Penetration The author further practiced the two "5E" teaching models in biology class of senior high school,and selected high school(5)class as experimental class and high school(6)class as control class to study and verify the influence of "5E" teaching mode on cultivating students’scientific thinking.According to the research results of this study,the application of "5E" teaching mode in senior high school biology classroom is beneficial to the cultivation and promotion of scientific thinking in senior high school biology.By the application of "5E"teaching mode in senior high school,the scientific thinking such as induction and generalization,model and modeling,deduction and reasoning can be improved significantly."5E" teaching model can arouse students’ enthusiasm in classroom learning to a certain extent,effectively promote the positive interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process,and promote the scientific thinking of high school students in biology,so it is worth adding in biology teaching in high school to apply.
