Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)clearly points out that education should be based on the needs of students to adapt to future social changes and personal life.Scientific thinking,as an important part of the key ability in the core literacy of biology,is a beneficial tool for students to learn scientific concepts and establish life concepts,and is the foundation of scientific inquiry,which plays an important role in students' rational judgment in society.Therefore,it is very important to develop students' scientific thinking effectively in classroom teaching.The teaching mode of independent cooperative inquiry encourages students to actively participate in every link,and cooperative inquiry and learning under the guidance of teachers fully reflects the student-centered teaching mode and is an effective way to improve students' biological scientific thinking.Through literature review,it is found that domestic research on cultivating students' biological scientific thinking is not comprehensive enough,and there are few studies that combine the teaching mode of independent cooperative inquiry with biological scientific thinking.Therefore,this study uses the autonomous cooperative inquiry teaching model in biology teaching of senior high school to explore the influence of this model on the development of students' scientific thinking.Firstly,the present research status of independent cooperative inquiry teaching model and scientific thinking at home and abroad is sorted out by literature research method.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,the relevant concepts such as scientific thinking and independent cooperative inquiry teaching model are defined,and the relevant theoretical basis is analyzed to determine the feasibility of this study.Secondly,the current situation of biological scientific thinking ability of grade one students in a middle school in Harbin was investigated through questionnaire survey.It was found that the overall level of biological scientific thinking ability of students was not high.In order to develop students' biological scientific thinking ability,the independent cooperative inquiry teaching model was tried to be used for practical teaching.Before the teaching practice,we interviewed teachers in a middle school in Harbin to understand the attitude of front-line teachers towards the application of independent cooperative inquiry teaching mode in classroom teaching,and learned that many teachers have a positive attitude towards the application of this teaching mode to cultivate students' biological scientific thinking ability,and some teachers have certain concerns.In order to eliminate some teachers' concerns,this paper discusses the strategies and principles of using the teaching mode of autonomous cooperative inquiry,analyzes the content suitable for using this mode in textbooks,and provides teaching cases.Finally,through the analysis of the high grade four class monthly exam results,select the two results no significant difference of class teaching practice,in order to ensure the teaching practice data more reliability and two groups of students' scientific thinking ability in the same starting point,two groups of students to make use of test paper measured before the scientific thinking ability,analysis of test results before,It is concluded that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in pre-test scores,and then the teaching practice is carried out.After the teaching practice,the development and change of students' scientific thinking are tested through post-test papers and final examination papers.Through the analysis of the scientific thinking post-test and final examination results,it is found that the experimental group students' academic performance is significantly higher than the control group,the experimental group students are better at using scientific thinking method to solve problems.Therefore,the application of autonomous cooperative inquiry teaching model in biology teaching in senior high school has a positive impact on the development of students' scientific thinking.In addition,this model can stimulate students' interest in learning,improve their ability of independent learning,cooperative communication skills and problem finding.This study enriched the practical research of cultivating students' biological scientific thinking ability by using independent cooperative inquiry teaching mode,and also provided ideas and references for the majority of front-line biology teachers to cultivate students' biological scientific thinking quality.
