On September 3,2014,the State Council issued the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System",which identified Zhejiang Province as the first batch of reform pilot province and required the implementation of a new pilot program of the college entrance examination reform,marking the beginning of a new round of college entrance examination reform in China.Zhejiang Province issued a new college entrance examination reform plan from the examination subjects,examination forms,admission mechanism and other aspects,fully demonstrated the respect for students' "right to choose" and "autonomy",reflected the "student-oriented" education concept and the original intention of the reform.So far,the new college entrance examination in Zhejiang Province has played an important role in promoting fairness,promoting scientific selection of talents and promoting students'all-round development,but at the same time,there are also new discussions on fairness and the terminal effect of policy implementation.In order to more comprehensive understanding of the new college entrance examination reform implemented in Zhejiang province,this article is based on ACSI model to build student satisfaction model,make the student satisfaction the breakthrough point,students who participated in the new college entrance examination in Zhejiang province the research object,to understand the students' state of mind after the reform experience from the perspective of student as education consumers.Further,the current situation of student satisfaction in the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province is studied,and the results,practical difficulties and optimization paths of the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province are analyzed,finally to enrich the content of the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province,and provide Zhejiang solutions and Zhejiang wisdom for the subsequent reform of pilot provinces and cities.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly defines and explains the three core concepts and three theoretical bases.The second part mainly explains the research design.Based on the customer satisfaction model,the questionnaire and the interview outline are carried out from such three aspects as students' perception expectation,perception process and perception result.The third part mainly carries on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire survey result,from the micro level perspective student satisfaction status quo.The fourth part mainly combines the questionnaire survey results and interview data to analyze the specific reasons for the current situation of student satisfaction.The fifth part mainly puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the students' satisfaction with the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province from the macro,medium and micro levels.According to the survey of students' satisfaction,the top five items of students'satisfaction with the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province are the combination of high school subjects,the understanding of the scoring system,the separation of arts and science subjects in high school,and the expectation of the new college entrance examination reform.The five items of low student satisfaction are the complete offering of 35 courses,the arrangement of two exams a year for foreign languages and selected subjects,the current offering of career planning and guidance courses in senior high schools,the selected examination subjects to implement the mark system,the implementation of the class-shifting system,and the response of senior high school teachers to the demands of the class-shifting system.As for the reform measures with relatively high degree of student satisfaction,it shows that after the practice test,it can provide experience reference for the subsequent reform of provinces and cities.For the part of low student satisfaction,this paper proposes optimization strategies from macro,middle and micro levels.At the macro level,we should optimize the scoring system and encourage diversified participation while exploring institutional innovation.The policy should reflect the demands of stakeholders.At the middle level,it should be improved mainly from high schools and colleges.At the high school level,it is necessary to implement reform policies to strengthen students' career planning and guidance education,and connect home and school to improve talent cultivation ability.At the level of colleges and universities,it is necessary to attach importance to the connection with senior high school education to advance talent training and strengthen the adaptive education for admission to enhance students' sense of professional identity.On the micro level,students should have a correct understanding of themselves,majors and occupations,and at the same time give play to their subjective initiative to improve their comprehensive ability.
