Students' mastery of knowledge depends on their understanding of the concept.China's curriculum standard also proposes to help students understand the core concept of the subject,which makes the core concept an important field of current education research.The research on the learning progressions of core concepts,as a topic widely concerned by the international educational science community,plays a promoting role in the integration of curriculum and education.In this paper,high school physics electromagnetism as the research object,carried out the following research.Research one,determining the core concepts under the topic of electromagnetism.The author combs the 3-1 and 3-2 textbooks of physics elective course standard experimental textbooks of general high school and the standard of physics course in general high schools(2017 Edition),and Preliminary sorts out the important concepts of electromagnetism content.Then through interviews with teachers with more than five years of teaching age,we can understand the recognition degree of the core concepts selected by teachers,and finally determine the four core concepts under the topic of electromagnetism.Research two,construct learning progressions hypothesis.This paper combs the other concepts involved in the four core concepts,and makes the concept map centered on the core concept respectively,showing the logical relationship between concepts and the thinking process of students'learning concepts.On this basis,combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the learning progressions theory,the learning progressions hypothesis of the core concepts of electromagnetism is initially constructed.Research three,develop a set of reliable measurement tools to test hypotheses.The specific steps are as follows:(1)Screen test questions and compile original test papers;(2)Conduct field tests on student groups;(3)Conduct reliability and validity analysis on measurement tools.Research four,revise the learning progressions hypothesis.In order to understand the students'mastery of the concept of electromagnetism,this paper uses the test paper to test the students on the spot,analyzes the students' answer results in two dimensions of accuracy concentration,and finally corrects the learning progressions hypothesis of the core concept.Finally,four core concepts under the theme of electromagnetism were obtained,and their learning progressions was constructed and revised.According to the learning progress of core concepts,learning process design is carried out for front-line teachers' reference.In addition,teachers can also carry out teaching design according to the learning progressions of core concepts.
