At the end of 2019,the new crown pneumonia epidemic has swept across China and spread across the world. As the direct victims of the new crown pneumonia infection, the physical health and psychological state of the people who have recovered from the new crown pneumonia infection have attracted attention from all walks of life. This article takes as the research object the groups who have been infected with the new coronary pneumonia and recovered, that is,those who have recovered from the new coronary pneumonia infection, and analyze the life events of the client L and S in the way of case work.First of all,by reviewing the life course of the client to reproduce the life trajectory of the growth of the new coronavirus pneumonia survivors, explore the impact of important events and turning points in the individual's current life experience on their subsequent growth, and then analyze the performance of the research object in these events The effect of individual autonomy and initiative on the formulation and selection of action strategies.Secondly,on the basis of the above, analyze the important factors that affect the psychological changes and behavioral choices of patients who have recovered from new coronary pneumonia infection before and after the illness,so as to reveal the impact of important events and key nodes in their life course on their response to major risk shocks. And further explore the measures taken by social work to intervene in different clients. Finally,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the life experience of the client,it explores the feasibility and applicability of the intervention strategy of social work using life course theory to intervene in public emergencies.Studies have found that the psychological changes and behavioral choices of patients who have recovered from the new crown pneumonia infection during the period of infection are the result of multiple changes in their life trajectories. In the face of the crisis of the new crown pneumonia, people who have recovered from the new crown pneumonia infection showed a highly consistent psychological change:tension and calmness at the beginning of the epidemic, fear and anxiety at the peak of the epidemic, panic and numbness at the time of infection diagnosis, and The loneliness and determination during the recovery period of infection;and the coping strategies and behavior choices they adopt when coping with the stressful events of their own infection with the new crown virus and the social return after recovery are different.Generally speaking, their behavior strategies can be expressed as Actively regulate self-cognition,affirm external forces, strategically shift and negatively deny externalities, selective trust, and avoidance. The analysis believes that the reason why individuals show different psychological changes and behavior choices is the product of the comprehensive effect of multiple factors, including internal factors including personal characteristics,as well as external factors such as family, community, and social culture, and these influencing factors Formation is closely related to the important life events and turning points encountered in the past life experience.Based on the above analysis, the author has carried out targeted and personalized case services for clients L and S,and achieved good results. Therefore, the author speculates that when social work participates in public emergencies in the future,it may be more effective to apply life course theory to provide psychological assistance and intervention to the public at the level of psychological assistance.
