Special education informationization is an important part of education infonnationization,which plays an important role in promoting education equity.In the evaluation system of special education,the level of informatization has become an important indicator of the comprehensive strength of a special education school.This paper consists of five main parts:Chapter 1,Chapter 2 are about the background and feasibility analysis of the research,introducing the content,objectives and research route of this study,compiling a literature review of the research status of special education informatization in domestic and foreign literature policies,and constructing an index system suitable for the development of evaluation informatization of special education schools in China.In the process of the development of special education informationization,it has been mentioned in the First Special Education Promotion Plan(2012-2015)and the Second Special Education Promotion Plan(2017-2020)issued by the state that the work on strengthening the construction and application of special education informationization should be carried out according to the different needs of special education.Scholars in related fields have also further studied the status quo of special education informationization at home and abroad,the construction of the index system of special education informationization,the construction of barrier-free environment,etc.However,few scholars have made detailed evaluation of regional special education informationization schools,dividing regional schools into several school clusters,and putting forward pertinent suggestions for different school clusters.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 study the development of regional special education informationization through empirical analysis.The object of this study is special education schools in H Province,which has a large population and a large number of students.Among them,there are many schools carrying out special education and students receiving special education,which means higher requirements for special education.The development of education informationization will be of great significance to the coordinated development of regional special education informationization.This research compiles the special education informationization evaluation questionnaire after the literature research and the construction of the index system.It evaluates the informationization development of special education schools in H province by using subjective and objective weights and comprehensive evaluation index.On this basis,it divides the schools into three grades,namely "excellent","good"and "unqualified",and carries out a detailed analysis of the cluster characteristics,aiming at each of them.Different clusters make suggestions and suggestions.Therefore,this paper will use comprehensive evaluation index and LCA potential category analysis methods to compare and analyze the development status of special education informatization in H Province and the differences among various school clusters,aiming at exploring the key factors affecting the balanced development of regional special education.The research shows that the overall situation of H province is relatively perfect in the construction of infrastructure,digital education resources and public teaching applications,and the individualized rehabilitation facilities,systems and application modes need to be strengthened.The development of management informatization and guarantee mechanism is relatively slow.There are great differences in the construction of school cluster resources.There are some problems in the development of special education informationization into "unqualified" school cluster,such as the lack of digital high-quality education resources,the lack of integrated application model of information technology teaching-rehabilitation,narrow application scope of management informationization,and the lack of information funding mechanism.On this basis,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions to promote the development of special education informatization in H province,so as to promote the balanced and coordinated development of special education informatization in H province.
