The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China summarized the core values of socialism in 24 characters from three levels.National level:prosperity,democracy,civilization,and harmony;social level:freedom,equality,justice,and rule of law;personal level:patriotism,dedication,Integrity,and friendliness.Cultivating and practicing socialist core values and strengthening moral education in primary and secondary schools are realistic choices for deepening comprehensive reforms in the education field and promoting the healthy growth of students.As an important part of the personal level of socialist core values,"Friendliness" has become a good moral quality that junior high school students should pursue and is an important content of the cultivation of junior high school students' values.Junior middle school students are in the golden age of initial formation of their values,with instability and strong plasticity.Grasping the education of the socialist core values of junior middle school students is an important guarantee to guide them to the first step of life.As a large group of young people in the country,rural junior high school students are facing more growth difficulties than urban junior middle school students,such as the backwardness of public education resources,the constraints of school education and teaching concepts and conditions,and the universality of staying behind.Lack of social and cultural environment,etc.Analyzing from many factors,rural education is under great pressure in all aspects.The author combines her own educational practice and educational observation and thinking to find the sample rural schools and students.The teacher group conducts a survey and summarizes and analyzes the survey data.From the multiple dimensions of students,teachers,schools,families,and society,it is found that the main problems of friendly education for rural junior middle school students are as following:the content and form of friendly education in rural junior middle schools are weak.Singleness,weak home-school connection,and incomplete evaluation mechanism;through his own experience and research on rural junior middle school Political discipline courses,starting from practice,put forward effective strategies:follow the reality of rural areas and rural students as the premise;transform teachers In particular,the concept of teachers of ethics and rule of law can enhance the awareness of friendly education;broaden their horizons and explore friendly education materials;pay attention to methods to optimize the process of friendly education in rural junior high schools;multi-party cooperation to enhance the synergy of friendly education in rural junior middle schools.
