| In the September 2016,the newly put use of “ethics and the rule of law” teaching materials is based on the core values of socialism;the content of teaching materials is very novel.Among them,the content of friendly education runs through the textbook,and the case material is close to the students’ actual life,it pays attention to the students ’ social practice,and it becomes an important platform for students to convey the friendly values.However,in the current teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school,the effect of friendly education is not obvious,and there are some students still abuse their classmates,fight and even evolve the bullying incidents in schools,which has aroused the great attention of the party and the government.During the internship,the author found that in the practice of friendly education teaching,the content of friendly education in teaching materials was not comprehensive;the teaching form was too single,the teaching design was flashy,and it did not fully give full play to the advantages of friendly education in moral and rule of law courses.This paper puts forward some opinions on the existing problems of friendly education in the teaching of morality and rule of law.The author adopts the literature analysis,interview,case study to summarize the relevant theoretical research on friendly education at home and abroad.Moreover,the author collects and analyzes a large number of friendly education teaching cases by drawing on the previous theoretical achievements,combining the experience of educational practice internship and observing the classroom teaching experience of professional teachers.It aims to excavate its existing problems,explore the causes and put forward a reasonable and effective response strategy.It is of great practical significance to cultivate friendly consciousness and practice friendly behavior for junior high school students.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly discusses the problem of the proposed and research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas,research methods and research innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the overview and necessity of friendly education in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle School.It mainly includes friendly,friendly education,ethics and rule of law class friendly education and other concepts,which with long-term progressive,open permeability and social practicality and other characteristics,and it is conducive to the promotion of students’ physical and mental development,the construction of harmonious interpersonal relations.Moreover,it is conducive to the creation of a good teacher-student relationship,the construction of a harmonious civilized campus.It is beneficial to practice the core values of socialism and build a harmonious socialist society.The third part is the problems and causes of friendly education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high School.According to the results of interview,this paper analyzes four reasons for the lack of clarity in the teaching idea of teacher-friendly education as follows,such as the lack of teaching content,the single teaching method and the lack of cognitive insufficiency of junior high school students,the lag behind of teaching concept of teacher-friendly education,the incomplete of theoretical knowledge,and the insufficient of teaching experience.In addition,the junior high school students who are lack of friendly cognition are influenced by the lack of family-friendly education and the impact of social environment.The part four is the implementation strategy of friendly education in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high school.This paper puts forward a reasonable and effective countermeasure to the existing problems as follows.First,it puts forward two teaching ideas of the democratic interaction between teachers and students.Secondly,teachers should excavate the teaching contents of friendly education.Thirdly,teachers should use of context teaching,discussion teaching,experience and perceptual teaching and other teaching methods comprehensively to carry out friendly education.Fourthly,teachers should focus on social hot spots and strengthen the friendly cognitive and emotional experience.Students should change their learning methods,pay attention to experience and self-education.In this way,students can improve practical ability to practice friendly education.The fifth part shows the author’s teaching example of friendly education in the teaching of morality and rule of law,which not only enhances the practicality of this paper,but also provides reference for the majority of frontline teachers to study friendly education and teaching. |
