The 21st century is the era of artificial intelligence.The rapid development of artificial intelligence will profoundly change human social life and change the world.With the in-depth development of technological globalization,the importance of artificial intelligence technology has become increasingly prominent,and the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce.Many countries regard talent training as an important force to promote the development of artificial intelligence.China is no exception.China is vigorously developing programming education.The author chose scratch as the programming teaching content of H Elementary School in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City.After teaching,I found that students’ learning scratch was polarized in their programming ability.Through communication with other information technology teachers in the same district,I found that this is a common problem.The author is urgent.Want to solve this problem.This research is guided by reading relevant literature and theoretical foundations,and is guided by learning theory,recent development area theory,teaching in accordance with aptitude,constructivist learning theory,and group dynamics theory,using literature research methods,design research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods And other research methods,did the following research:First,design a hierarchical teaching model based on group collaboration.The design of this teaching model includes 8 links of students’ stratification and grouping,learning goal stratification,learning situation creation,group role division,task orientation assignment,group collaboration exploration,work sharing and display,and teaching evaluation.Second,to implement a hierarchical teaching model based on group collaboration in the classroom.The author chose the 2015 grade 3 students of H Primary School in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City as the research object.Through three rounds of"implementation-evaluation-modification-reimplementation" iterative research,Continuously optimize and improve the hierarchical teaching model based on group collaboration.Third,analyze the effect of the implementation of this teaching model.After three rounds of iterative research,the author found that the hierarchical teaching model based on group collaboration can not only improve students’ programming performance,effectively solve the phenomenon of polarization of students’ scratch programming,but also improve students’ interest in learning,computational thinking,and computational thinking at all levels to varying degrees.The ability of cooperation and innovation,especially,the leadership,organization,and communication abilities of the classmate who served as the group leader in group collaboration has also been improved.
