With the new wave of mathematics curriculum reform,the cultivation of core competencies has taken root in the middle school stage,and will become a guide for junior middle school teaching reform.At the same time,because the function itself is closely combined with the core competencies,its generation,content and development all highlight the core competencies.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to study the function classroom teaching in junior middle school.The study will focus on the following four questions:(1)what is the embodiment of mathematical core competencies in function teaching?(2)What are the differences between expert novice teachers in function classroom teaching?(3)What principles should function teaching follow under the concept of core competencies?(4)How to carry out the function classroom teaching strategy in junior middle school under the new concept?Through literature research,we can get the research status of mathematical core competencies and sort out the characteristics of junior middle school functions,on this basis,research.Then,we use classroom observation and interview to analyze the differences in junior middle school function classroom teaching.Through the comparative analysis of the characteristics of function classroom teaching,the research shows that:(1)the expert novice teachers hold different levels of function teaching objectives,but the grasp of the teaching materials is basically the same,around the teaching materials orderly.(2)Compared with novice teachers,expert teachers have higher ideological quality of function teaching,and form their own teaching system,which is unique in teaching content,concept teaching method,example processing,induction and summary.Under the guidance of core competencies and combined with the characteristics of the above function classroom teaching,this paper combs out the function teaching principles,and divides them into the concept teaching principles according to the course type: step by step,appropriate form;the image and nature teaching principles:technology concrete,number shape combination;the application teaching principles:function modeling,multiple evaluation.Through the principle of function teaching,this paper constructs and puts forward the training strategy of function classroom teaching in junior middle school under the background of core competencies: paying attention to the creation of function scene,the exploration of function activity,the correlation of function knowledge,and the summary of function classroom.At the same time,this study also carried out sample analysis for specific teaching design,and achieved some results.
