Quality education is the goal of education in the new era,and subject core competency is the cornerstone of quality education.The cultivation of subject core competency plays a key role in the achievement of education goal.Mathematics is a main course,whose primary goal is to cultivate students' core competency of mathematics.Therefore,how to implement the core competence of mathematics in class is the primary problem of quality education.Through the questionnaire,we know that the students' mathematics core literacy needs to be improved,and the teachers' work of cultivating their core literacy is not enough.Based on the research on the connotation and extension of six core competencies of mathematics in the"Mathematics Curriculum Criteria for Regular High School”(2017 Edition and 2020 Revised Edition),this paper puts forward the principles of implementing the core competencies of mathematics in senior high classes combining high school mathematics teaching practice:the principle of tracing to the source,the principle of operation proof,the principle of popularization and application.Through the study of a large number of excellent mathematics teachers' teaching cases,combining my own teaching experience,this paper puts forward the strategies to implement the core competencies of high school mathematics in class: heighten the ideological understanding to carry out the educational idea,grasp the main line of knowledge to construct the subject system,create the suitable situation to build the quality platform,and set the open-ended questions to cultivate the innovative spirit.Under the guidance of the principles and strategies of implementing the core competencies of mathematics in senior high school,I designed two teaching cases,the basic relation of the same Angle trigonometric function and the solution of the quadratic inequality of one variable,carried on the teaching practice and achieved the expected effect.
