High school physics teaching accounts for a very large proportion,the experiment for physics.Teaching plays an auxiliary role,and experimental teaching is also an object.As a part of the teaching of science,this course is clearly marked with clear requirements.Through experimental teaching,students can gain knowledge in the process of inquiry.Knowledge deepening.Knowledge application.Knowledge;It also allows students to exercise.Their experimental ability increases their interest in learning physics.Physics courses have been offered for many years.In different periods and places,due to the limitations of the background and local conditions,physics experiment teaching is more or less.There are defects and deficiencies,can not fully reach the curriculum and examination syllabus.The requirements for experimental teaching are especially deficient in the West.Developed poor areas,physics experiment teaching more.It has become a slogan and a decoration.This paper is based on a western region.The small county physics experiment teaching present situation,through to the high school physics experiment in physics.The status and role of teaching in the study,through the investigation of the region's major schools.The present situation of physics experiment teaching in senior high school,the existing problems in experiment teaching,so as to find out the improvement of senior high school.The method of physics experiment teaching,and apply these methods to the teaching at ordinary times,with a view to the effect.In this paper,we use the literature survey method in the process of writing.By consulting periodicals,writing books and curriculum standards,this paper discusses the position and function of physics experiment in physics teaching from several aspects: physics experiment is the basis of physics teaching,physics experiment is the important content of physics teaching,physics experiment is the means of physics teaching,high school students' cognitive characteristics,physics experiment teaching can make students understand and master knowledge,can cultivate students' observation ability,cultivate students' rigorous scientificattitude,and increase students' interest in physics teaching.This paper also uses questionnaire survey method,statistical method.Through the distribution of questionnaires to senior high school students and senior high school teachers,this paper investigates the teaching status of high school physics demonstration experiment,student group experiment and small experiment after class,finds out the problems existing in high school physics experiment teaching through data statistics,and finds out the countermeasures for these problems.Then these methods are applied to the normal teaching to make up for the shortcomings of the previous physics experiment teaching.The final conclusion of this paper is that high school physics teachers should pay attention to experimental teaching,not to theory,to light experiment,to pay equal attention to experimental teaching and theoretical teaching,and even to complete theoretical teaching through experimental teaching.High school students,especially high school students,have not developed their thinking ability,it is almost impossible for them to design an experiment independently.Therefore,teachers should slowly guide and lead them to gradually infiltrate from experimental purposes,principles,equipment selection,experimental steps,data collection,processing,drawing conclusions,error analysis,and so on.They can design their own experiments.High school physics teachers should not be afraid to waste time,should allocate time reasonably,give students enough time to complete the experiment.The demonstration experiment in the textbook,the teacher through the textbook request,uses the laboratory equipment or the own simple teaching aid complete display to the student,if the condition permits,guides the student to design the experiment as far as possible to carry on the verification.According to the purpose of the experiment,the teacher should guide the students to design the experiment,select the instrument,carry on the experiment,and draw the conclusion.
