Physics is a natural science based on experiments.Physics experiment is an important content,an important foundation and an important method of physics teaching.Physics experiment is not only the focus of college entrance examination,but also an important way to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,inquiry spirit and thinking ability.However,in the actual teaching process,some schools blindly pursue high scores and progression rates to ignore the role of experimental teaching.Taking the junior high school in Shouche Town,Yongshun County,Hunan Province as an example,many mandatory experiments required by the syllabus have not yet been fully implemented,and demonstration experiments are often replaced by "speaking experiments" and watching videos.In the long run,the physics subject in the eyes of students has lost its due scientificity.Therefore,this paper proposes countermeasures for applying micro-experiments to junior middle school physics teaching in light of the local teaching situation.First of all,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying micro-experiments to middle school physics teaching by studying the status and level of micro-experiments at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the micro experiment itself,the basic requirements,characteristics and classification of the micro experiment design are expounded,and examples are given according to the above elements.The application examples of micro experiments are compared with the conventional teaching methods to reflect the advantages of using micro experiments in junior middle school physics teaching.Third,taking the township junior middle school physics teaching in Yongshun County,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as the main research object,taking practical teaching experience and after-class reflection as the research reference,and analyzing the local junior middle school through questionnaires,observations,statistics and other forms.Middle school physics experiment teaching conditions and current status of experiment teaching The feasibility of micro experiments in local practice teaching.Finally,the specific use of micro-experiment teaching cases,and based on the students’ feedback,put forward micro-experiment application suggestions and future development prospects of micro-experiment.In the author’s research and practice,I found: First of all,the application of micro-experiment in physics teaching in junior high school can alleviate the disadvantages of experimental teaching to a certain extent.Secondly,through the establishment of a control group,it was found that micro-experiments have a relatively positive impact on students’ academic performance,learning interest,and practical ability.Third,in the actual teaching process,the development and innovation of micro experiments.Still facing many problems.Therefore,micro-experiment has the need and significance of development in junior middle school physics teaching,but it is not perfect at this stage,and it requires the educators to continue their efforts.
