People's communication mainly takes language as the medium.Language also plays an indispensable role in education and teaching activities.Teaching language ability is one of the basic qualities of teachers and the key to the construction of efficient classrooms.Novice teachers are an important part of the teaching team,and the development of teaching language ability is an important part of the professional development of novice teachers.To investigate the current situation of novice teachers' teaching speech act,find out the problems and make suggestions,so as to help novice teachers optimize their teaching speech act,improve classroom teaching efficiency and help teachers' professional development;It is also hoped that education departments and school administrators will pay more attention to the training of novice teachers' teaching language skills,and colleges and universities will pay more attention to the training of normal university students' teaching language skills.In addition,it is hoped that it can be a supplement to the research of teaching speech act.Through data studies,questionnaire survey,observation method,interview as the main research methods,taking history discipline as example,20 novice history teachers from 5 high schools of Tianshan district,Urumqi as the research object,according to The High School History Teacher Teaching Speech Acts Observation Scale,we implement non-participatory field observation on the classroom teaching of the research object,fill out the observation scale,collect data,analyze the data and statistics,draw the conclusion:There is no significant difference in the general situation of teaching speech act and its dimensions and indicators among the novice history teachers,male and female history teachers in key high schools and ordinary high schools in this region.As a whole,the teaching speech act of novice teachers in high school history in this region has not reached the quantitative level 3,which is in urgent need of comprehensive improvement.Under the carrier of audio teaching speech act,the novice teachers of high school history in this area need to pay attention to "intonation".Novice high school history teachers in this area especially need to pay more attention to the dimensions and indicators of silent teaching speech act carrier form,since they got quite low scores.When it comes to the three secondary dimensions in the content of teaching speech act information,scientific is ok,but educational and artistic need special attention.In particular,pay attention to the "emotional" and "humor" indicators.Through interviews with the research subjects and their students,the reasons for the current situation are further analyzed: In terms of teachers,novice teachers paid insufficient attention to the teaching speech act,had insufficient understanding of it,paid insufficient attention to the learning situation and were lack of development motivation.In terms of educational administrators,educational authorities and school administrators had been absent from the teaching language training of novice teachers.In terms of the theory of teaching language,there is a lack of an index evaluation system for teachers' teaching speech act.In view of the causes of the current situation,suggestions are put forward to optimize the teaching speech act of novice teachers in high school history from the aspects of teachers,education managers and research on the theory of teaching language.
