With the rapid development of the national education informatization process,the Ministry of Education has specially formulated the "Code for the Construction of Digital Campuses in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" to standardize the requirements of school informatization.The ability of competitions and activities has made requirements,which means that guiding informatization competitions and activities has become one of the indicators to measure teachers' information literacy in the construction of digital campus.Instructors play a vital role in the guidance of information games and activities.So what is the current status as a special instructional activity? What kind of guidance strategy does the junior middle school teacher use to guide the information competitions and activities? What are the problems? In response to this problem,this study used cognitive apprenticeship as a conceptual framework to conduct in-depth research,and finally to obtain effective strategies and ways to guide informatization competitions and activities,so as to better assist the junior middle school teachers in the guidance of informatization competitions and activities.In this study,research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method are mainly used.First of all,by collecting and sorting out relevant documents of information competition and activity guidance work and cognitive apprenticeship,in order to understand the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,in order to effectively understand the current situation of junior middle school teachers' guidance informatization competitions and activities,this study compiled questionnaires and interview outlines based on the four dimensions of the cognitive apprenticeship theoretical framework,namely content,methods,sequence and sociality.Interviews and other methods investigated the current status of junior middle school teachers' guidance informatization competitions and activities.The conclusion of the survey shows that the junior middle school teachers are generally in a good position in guiding information strategies and guidance strategies.Most teachers can use scientific and reasonable guidance strategies to guide students,but there are still some problems:junior middle school teachers participate in information competitions and The guidance of the activity is not enthusiastic;the guidance content is not fully prepared;the guidance method is not perfect.There are many reasons for the above problems.For example,the school does not provide enough support for informatization competitions and activities,the relevant training mechanism for instructors is not perfect,there is no effective incentive measures for instructors,the teachers' personal attitude is not positive,the concept is backward and the self-ability is insufficient.In order to seek possible solutions to the above problems and draw on the guidance experience and cases of excellent instructors,this study ultimately focused on four aspects: preparation strategies for guidance content,optimization strategies for guidance methods,management strategies for guidance efficiency,and support strategies for guidance quality.Suggested strategies for improving junior middle school teachers' informatization competitions and activities.
