Group-based school running means that within a regional scope,a school with high-quality education resources or a famous school unites two or more schools in the region with their own resources and strength and determines the objectives for common development,thereby securing the common development of all schools within the group.The implementation of group-based school running has comprehensively improved the efficiency of using high-quality educational resources,boosted the expansion of high-quality educational brands,and effectively driven reform and innovation in school management and school-running mechanism as well as the balance and equality of basic education.In recent years,group-based school running has been highly valued by the education sector and many education groups have emerged in China successively.However,quite a few education groups are still in the initial stage of the process of group-based school running and many sections are still irrational in the context of group-based school running.For instance,the building of teachers' professional community is an important product of group-based school running,but there are still many problems in the building of teachers' professional community in Education Group S.In this regard,this thesis analyzes the building of teachers' professional community in Education Group S by combining the questionnaire survey method with the interview method.This thesis analyzes the problems in teachers' professional community from 3 levels,4 dimensions,and 16 elements and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement based on analyzing the causes of the problems.Taking s education group as a case,this thesis first defines the concept of teachers' professional community through literature,and summarizes the definition of collectivized teachers' professional community on the basis of collation and understanding.Based on the theories of group dynamics and learning community,the paper searches and collates the literature at home and abroad about the development and evolution of community characteristics and conceptual framework,and tries to put forward the connotation framework of group teachers' professional community through rational thinking,including three levels,including group management level,professional community level and individual level;And four dimensions of organizational support,learning practice,peer relationship and endogenous motivation are analyzed in this theoretical framework.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper takes the teachers in the group as the research object,and summarizes the main problems of the construction of teachers' professional community under the background of the current group,including the organizational support level,the current s group teachers' incentive measures are single,and the management mechanism is not perfect;At the level of learning practice,there are obstacles in cross school communication within the group,and the form is lack of innovation;At the level of peer relationship,communication among members is not close,and individualism influences group cooperation;In terms of endogenous motivation,the driving force of participating teachers is weak,and the sense of belonging to the group is not high.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems of teachers' professional community in s education group from three aspects.First,the management of education group lacks the input of group culture concept and the top-level macro guidance,guidance and evaluation;Secondly,there is a lack of proper healthy competition at the level of teachers' professional community,and the cooperation culture is not mature enough;The third is the individual reason of teachers.The chief teacher or organizer is negative,and there is a contradiction between teachers' work and development.In view of the current problems,the paper finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.In the construction of teachers' professional community in group education,firstly,we should enhance the support of education group organization,secondly,we should further improve the form of learning practice,create a better cooperative atmosphere,and enhance teachers' endogenous motivation by cultivating teachers' enthusiasm and other measures.
