In order to further promote the quality and balanced development of educational resources,the group-run school model has been widely used in the present.Group-based schooling refers to a school community(prestigious school group)that is based on administrative instructions and takes into account the common wishes of the school to form a prestigious school and a number of schools.This mode of running school adopts a group management concept and development mode,focusing on promoting the popularization,equalization and fair development of quality education resources,so that educational resources can be effectively integrated and distributed within the group,the school efficiency and the success rate of talent training can be promoted.Under the background of group-run education,the development of prestigious school culture has played an important role in promoting the professional development of teachers.Under the background of balanced education of quality education resources,teachers participating in group-based schools can grasp the high-quality resources and improve their own professional development,which will help promote deficiencies.This study combines the current situation of the development of group-based schools in Yinzhou District,grasps the practical problems existing in the process of group-running schools,and explores how to guide the professional development of teachers around the "win-win mechanism".The development has formed a "prestigious school + new school" model led by the prestigious schools and other new schools,the "prestigious school + weak school" model jointly led by the famous schools and the weak schools,The "prestigious school + private school" model jointly led by the famous schools and a number of private schools,these three models are based on the actual teaching development in the development of group-run schools,and the following five development-winning mechanisms are derived: the teacher exchange mechanism derived from the exchanges between different schools;Teacher-study mechanism formed by experience sharing or exchange training between teachers;Famous school driving mechanism formed by balancing allocation of quality education resources;A one-on-one cooperation mechanism for counseling weak school teachers in the form of a consultation cooperation mechanism and a one-on-one approach or a small group approach.In the process of this group development,we focus on the mechanism and system,discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing model of group-run school in Yinzhou District,analyzing the existing problems in the group-run school in Yinzhou District and making a targeted target based on the actual situation.Improved and achieved a win-win situation for teachers' professional development.
