Research On The Strategies Of Higher Vocational Education Group Running In Anhui Province

Higher vocational education group running conforms to the trend of the socialist market economy and meets the needs of social development.It also develops a rapid and efficient approach to school running.Under the background of the “new normal”,it is necessary to deeply learn and solve the problems of higher vocational education group running.This paper proposed some strategies based on the status quo of higher vocational education in Anhui province.The main contents of the paper are as follows: Firstly,the paper summarizes some concepts,theories,types,structures,operation modes and results of the vocational education group learning;Secondly,it defines the basic connotation of the higher vocational education grouping;Thirdly,the paper presents some basal theories of the higher vocational education group which is good for countermeasures study.Fourthly,it analyzes the present situation,the effectiveness and the problems of the higher vocational education group running in Anhui province;Fifthly,countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of professional construction,teacher team,school-enterprise cooperation,school funding and social service.Finally,some suggestions are threw out to safeguard implementation of countermeasures from the government,vocational colleges,enterprises and other relevant entities.There are three conclusions after researching on higher vocational education grouping in Anhui province.First of all,the relevant departments of Anhui province closely conform to the trend of the times and vigorously support the practice of higher vocational education group.Then,the higher vocational education group running in Anhui province has got some positive results.Finally,higher vocational education grouping in Anhui province is still in the initial stage of exploration.The paper mainly contains three innovative points from different aspects.First,the paper is based on the physical truth of higher vocational education group running in Anhui province which enriches the content of vocational education research;Second,using quantitative methods to analyses the results of higher vocational education grouping;Finally,the paper innovates ways of theories research on higher vocational education group running from the perspective of economics and organization.
