General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the forum of teachers of ideological and political theory,pointed out the direction for the ideological and political theory course construction in schools,and put forward new requirements for the professional development of teachers in ideological and political theory course.Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers undertakes the important function of improving teachers' professional quality,which is the main channel for teachers to achieve professional development.It is of great significance for teachers,students,schools and society to construct the professional development community based on Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers.This study follows the logic of "what","how" and "how to do",using literature research,questionnaire survey,field observation and other methods to carry out the research,in addition to the introduction,there are three parts.The first part mainly defines the concepts of the professional development community based on Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant community theory,this paper points out that the professional development community based on Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers,which is composed of high school ideological and political teachers,takes the Teaching-research Group as a unit,carries out various forms of practical activities around improving the professional quality of ideological and political teachers and realizing the common goal of teachers' development and progress,and always maintains the harmonious and stable internal structure.It has common political ideals,common development goals,equal and harmonious participation relations,practical and effective common activities,common norms and sound mechanisms,and external conditions for coordination and support.The second part,combined with the survey data,focuses on the analysis of the positive performance,problems and reasons of the current community construction.The survey found that the current construction of the professional development community based on Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers has positive aspects,such as teachers' high recognition of political ideals,basic understanding of development goals,willingness to participate in expression and sharing,regular teaching and research activities,better implementation of group system,and basic guarantee conditions.However,there are also some problems,such as insufficient recognition of development goals,unstable relationship of equality and harmony,lack of team leaders to promote cooperation,the effect of teaching and research activities is not obvious,the operating mechanism has not reached a consensus,and external conditions are not coordinated.The reasons for these problems are mainly reflected in the teachers'low loyalty to the community,the Teaching-research Group's insufficient focus on Teachers' development goals,and the external conditions' weak support for the Teaching-research Group.In the third part,according to the basic elements of the community and the problems existing in the construction,some suggestions are put forward.It is necessary to promote the construction of the professional development community based on Teaching-research Group of high school ideological and political teachers from six aspects:stimulating a high degree of political consciousness,condensing common development goals,cultivating harmonious interpersonal relations,designing a shared activity system,establishing a common code of conduct,and creating a coordinated supporting ecosystem.
