Teachers' on-the-spot learning ability refers to the learning ability of teachers to participate in classroom teaching,teaching and research activities,lecture training and network research,based on life consciousness,using research reflection and other methods,through the process of technology into Taoism,to achieve the goal of improving life.It is the key force for teachers' growth to reflect the value of life,on-the-spot consciousness and professional quality.Based on the survey of the realistic demands of the new curriculum reform,this study focuses on "primary school teachers' on-the-spot learning ability" from the perspective of teacher training and teacher learning,combined with the chance.The author uses the logical framework of "Current situation-influencing factors-implementation path" to carry out the research.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey,the author analyzes the development status and influencing factors of primary school teachers' on-the-spot learning ability,and finally comes to a more targeted promotion strategy.The purpose of this paper is to help primary school teachers optimize or improve their on-the-spot learning awareness,efficiency and quality,so that they can understand the essence of life and education in the harmonious unity of learning and work,and promote their self realization and life development.This paper is divided into five parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the reasons for the topic selection,research purpose and value,research ideas and methods,and literature review at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of the teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.Firstly,it analyzes the concepts of "teacher learning","teacher's learning ability" and "teacher's on-the-spot learning ability";Secondly,the situational learning theory,adult learning theory,learning organization theory and the correlation between the above three theories and the thesis theme are explained in detail;Finally,the characteristics of teachers' on-the-spot learning ability are analyzed.The third part is the investigation of the present situation of teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.It mainly includes the design and implementation of the research and the analysis of the current situation of primary school teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.The former includes the formulation,modification and implementation of the questionnaire and interview outline,while the latter mainly analyzes and summarizes from three perspectives(for the scene-before,in the scene-in,back to the scene-after)based on the four major sites according to the survey contents and results.The fourth part is the influencing factors of teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.Mainly based on the results of questionnaire survey and software analysis,this paper extracts and classifies the influencing factors of primary school teachers' on-the-spot learning ability,that is,internal influencing factors(internal consciousness and professional ability)and external influencing factors(environmental factors,school factors),and then elaborates in strict accordance with the classification standard and factor theme,and constructs the hierarchical framework of influencing factors of Teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.The fifth part is the strategies to improve teachers' on-the-spot learning ability.Corresponding to the categories of influencing factors,the strategy analysis is mainly carried out at the internal and external levels.The internal level includes the cultivation of belief system with professional love as the core and the formation of effective endogenous mechanism for academic improvement.The external level mainly includes the environment(site atmosphere,internal environment,tool preparation)and the school level(guarantee mechanism,organizational culture,task driven).
