A Study On The Present Situation And Improvement Paths Of On-the-spot Law Enforcement Ability Of Campus Football Referees In Changde

In the context of the development of football,campus football develops rapidly,which promotes the gradual improvement of the campus football competition system.With the wide development of campus football games,both sides of the team’s offense and defense conversion speed is accelerated,the technical and tactical level is improved,the body antagonism is enhanced,which requires the campus football referees to have stronger on-the-spot law enforcement ability,with a higher level of law enforcement to meet the needs of the game.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth running of campus football games,it is necessary to improve the on-spot ability of campus football referees.In this paper,firstly,the Delphi method is used to construct an index system of on-the-spot law enforcement ability of campus football referees in Changde,which consists of three indicators,namely: 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators.Secondly,by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the index weights of all levels are determined,and the score table of on-the-spot law enforcement ability evaluation of football referees in Changde is developed.Finally,by means of on-site evaluation,this paper evaluates the on-the-spot law enforcement ability of soccer referees in Changde,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall performance of campus football referees in Changde is of medium level.(2)The performance of the referee is not as good as the other two aspects in terms of law enforcement skills,which belongs to the middle to the bottom level.In the three first-level indicators,the physical performance is the best,but it belongs to the middle level.(3)The performance of the referee in professional ethics has reached a good level due to his educational ability,while his performance in educational ability is not so good,which needs to be further improved.(4)The performance of special physical ability is not as good as that of basic physical ability,and there are not many referees who have reached a good level;The referee performed well in basic physical ability.(5)The performance of penalty accuracy,control of the game,movement and positioning,and team cooperation was not so good,among which the accuracy of penalty was the worst,and the movement and positioning were better than the other three.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper makes a preliminary design for improving the on-the-spot law enforcement ability of soccer referees in changde city:(1)Establish a reward and guarantee mechanism;(2)Strengthen training and study;(3)Use a variety of ways to increase referee opportunities;(4)Strengthen the teaching of professional referee in sports and lay a good foundation for football referee.
