Teaching reflection is an important means to promote the professional development of teachers,which plays a very important role in the development of teachers' professional ability.By looking at teaching with critical thinking,teachers can develop their own ability continuously and make teaching full of vitality.For practice teaching,teaching reflection is more necessary.Because of the particularity of practice teachers' identity,they usually focus on their own exploration and adaptation to their profession,and tend to ignore the professional development of teaching and the long-term development of students.Due to the lack of practical experience,the teaching skills are in the growth stage,and their teaching reflection ability also needs to be improved.Through effective teaching reflection,the short board and shortcomings of teaching theory can be supplemented,so as to quickly and effectively grow into a professional history teacher.Field work of teachers in just enter the actual education activities,its growth and development is and whether for students or their own key,a teacher can work in the post body reveals the real professional quality,it except by professional knowledge of education in colleges and universities,and in the original can be effective in the actual teaching practice.The first part of this paper explains the relevant concepts of practice teachers and teaching reflection,the practice teachers should reflect on the history teaching content,as well as the role of teaching reflection for a practice teacher.The second part of the paper is based on the author's practical experience in the practice base on the post practice history teachers to do the relevant questionnaire survey and research,the current situation of the post practice teachers reflection :(1)the reflection of teaching philosophy needs to be improved;(2)the reflection of the teaching content is superficial;(3)The consciousness of reflection of teaching objectives is weak;(4)the reflective differentiation of teaching objects is not enough;(5)Single way of teaching reflection;(6)the reflective meaning of teaching evaluation is not clearly;In view of this phenomenon,the author analyzes the subjective factors and objective factors respectively.The third part of the thesis is on the second part discusses the causes of field work teacher reflection condition some strategy to explore,respectively from the aspects of colleges and universities,teaching base and teachers' own three done shows that through the efforts of a few aspects,can make the field work history to improve teachers' teaching reflection condition,field work history teachers' teaching quality and professional ability development can also be improved.Advocating the teaching reflection of junior high school history practice teachers can help teachers form a new understanding and understanding of teaching,constantly improve professional quality,promote the development of their own professional quality and ability.The research of this paper conforms to the education status quo,and it is hoped that it can have a certain reference significance for the teaching of practice teachers.
