Curriculum and teaching are the key factors to the success of educational reform.Education supervision must pay attention to curriculum and teaching.The curriculum guidance system of compulsory education in Taiwan has been implemented for more than ten years,and its system has been relatively perfect,and has certain reference significance.From the current reality,it is necessary to establish the concept of curriculum supervision in the implementation of compulsory education in chinese mainland.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and discuss the implementation of Taiwan's curriculum supervision system,its achievements and problems,as well as the experience that can be used for reference in the construction of curriculum supervision in chinese mainland.Based on the curriculum supervision system in Taiwan as the research object,the integrated use of literature method,field observation method,interview method and case study method,from the first course,the purpose of supervision of supervising organization structure,functions and selection of course superintendent,curriculum object and contents of the guide,curriculum guide the steps and methods of curriculum in Taiwan supervising system are described and analysis;Then,it introduces the implementation of the compulsory education curriculum guidance system in Pingtung County,Taiwan Province.Finally,taking Pingdong County X Primary School as a case,this paper describes the example of curriculum guidance activities,and presents the specific program design and implementation process of curriculum guidance activities in Taiwan.The experience of curriculum guidance in Taiwan can be used for reference:curriculum guidance is centered on teacher professional development;Curriculum supervision emphasizes the establishment of a good relationship between curriculum supervisors and teachers.Curriculum guidance and evaluation pay attention to the development of students and teachers,rather than examination or reward and punishment;Curriculum guidance and evaluation focus on the development of students and teachers,rather than assessment or reward or punishment.Its problems are: the number of curriculum supervisors set by the document does not meet the local actual needs;The multiple identities of course supervisors overlap,resulting in time constraints.According to the above experience and problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the curriculum supervision construction in chinese mainland: it is necessary to build a curriculum supervision system in chinese mainland:vigorously integrate the strength of teaching and research organizations,emphasizing the promotion of school improvement through exerting the strength of teaching and research;Emphasize the professionalism of the subject of the course supervision and give play to the course leadership of the supervision personnel;The way of curriculum supervision pays attention to the change from external control to internal demand development.
