Research On The Construction Of Evaluation System Of Campus Football In Wuhan Primary And Secondary Schools From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

For improving the youth's interest in football and their own physical quality,at the same time for conveying reserve talented person to develop the Chinese football industry football sport,enhance the level of youth football skills and cultivate the team cooperation ability and overcome the difficulties,indomitable spirit,in 2009 the Ministry of Education,general administration of sports officially launched the national youth campus football activity plan.In 2015,the "China Football Reform Plan" and the "Notice of the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group on doing a good job in campus football in2019" were successively introduced.The strong support at the national policy level has been achieved,and it has been continuously promoted across the country.As a provincial capital city and a city with a large student population,the development of school football in Wuhan has been a key focus of football reform work,with the city's education administration,reform department,finance department,sports department and the Communist Youth League each taking on their own roles and pooling their efforts for the development of school football,making school football a key factor in expanding the coverage of football,improving students' football skills,comprehensively improving the physical quality of our youth and providing It has played an important role in expanding the coverage of football,improving students' football skills,comprehensively improving the physical quality of our youth and providing reserve talents for the development of football in China.Wuhan City was named as an outstanding campus football reform pilot area by the National Campus Football Leading Group.Although the work of school football is advancing rapidly,the complexity of the sport itself,the long-term nature of football reserve talent training and the wide coverage of school football determine the need for scientific decision-making and advice.In particular,it is still worth exploring how to scientifically evaluate the effects of school football development and promote the sustainable development of school football in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan.Based on the perspective of sustainable development,this paper combines system theory and comprehensive evaluation theory,takes the development of school football in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan as the research object,adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,determines seven primary indicators and 35 secondary indicators for the evaluation of the development effect of school football in Wuhan,constructs the evaluation system of the development effect of school football in Wuhan The evaluation system is based on the results of an empirical study of 29 primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,which helps decision-makers to understand the current situation of the development of school football in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,its strengths and weaknesses,and make reasonable and feasible suggestions for the development of school football based on weak indicators.This study will provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the development of school football across the country,and provide a basis for the government to develop school football.
