Under the background of the new college entrance examination,a new round of curriculum reform based on the core qualities of students is taking root nationwide.In order to adapt to this reform,some middle schools across the country began to break and rebuild the school’s curriculum system and educational organization.In recent years,in the voice of “have to go”,the shift to the class system has become a basic education for students’ career guidance planning and key ability training,teachers’ growth and development,and school curriculum.The theoretical research field and the hot spots explored by practitioners.The thesis takes the reform of the shift system of T middle school in T city of Jiangsu Province as a research case,through the research methods of literature data method,interview method and questionnaire survey.Based on the interview results of the classmates,it was found that the shifting system in T is generally well implemented and has been recognized by teachers and parents,especially students.Students believe that the shift system can stimulate their interest in learning and internal drive.Teachers said that they have achieved professional development in the course development process.The implementation of the shift system is affected by the values and behaviors of the four levels of society,school,teachers,students,etc.,and has caused problems in many aspects.The social level is mainly due to insufficient publicity before the implementation of the shift system,and the low level of parental identity.The difference between Chinese and Western social cultures and the unreasonable allocation of teaching resources in the region.At the school level,the top-level design lacks scientific theoretical guidance and lacks overall planning and design to get through the syllabus.At the teacher level,it is mainly due to the inadequate scientific research ability of teachers,which is difficult to meet the development of high-quality courses by the shift system.The shift system leads to a structural imbalance in the tutors of the subject selection group and increased workload of teachers.At the student level,the lack of career planning guidance leads to utilitarian course selection and follow the trend.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,it is difficult to highlight the personality of students.The change in the form of teaching organization leads to lag in teaching feedback and the alienation of teachers and students.Based on the research results,this paper proposes the establishment of multiple linkages between society,schools and families to carry out career planning guidance;attach importance to education and teaching theory guidance and comprehensively cultivate school curriculum leadership;strengthen teacher professional development and enhance teachers’ teaching and research capabilities;optimize school teachers Equip and reasonably use the resources in the area;coordinate the teaching organization and arrangement,strengthen the substantive structure of the curriculum;improve the teaching evaluation system and improve the students’ core literacy and other reform strategies. |
