The domain of elementary education is in tide of curriculum reform in our country after the new millennium. How tens of thousands of Senior and Junior middle school as the place where the curriculum implying to deal with the challenge, is the point that we should study.The paper will show J middle school as an example what advance the implements of new discipline curriculum, this article mainly will use the research method according to character, and show the original appearance of the implement of new discipline of Biology. I hope that it may be useful to the study of curriculum leadership on subject, and also refer an example to other middle schools.Part1. Firstly, extents of the research, the pepper is written to study how curriculum leadership takes a place on the implement of new subject curriculum. Secondly, methods of the research, the pepper mainly use the methods of case study, interview, literature, observing and comparing. Thirdly, the contents are intention and signification of the research.Part2. Theory Foundation, Including history of curriculum leadership, meaning of curriculum leadership, relative notions of curriculum leadership, levels of curriculum leadership, and structure of curriculum leadership community. Based on it, the paper gives a conclusion: under the curriculum leadership of principal,focus on subject curriculum, building school culture of collaborate, interlocution, think-back, discretion-consideration, leading subject teacher to implement curriculum,managing the goal,and boosting teacher specialty development.Part3. It discusses the practice of curriculum leadership taking on new biology curriculum implement, including the baffle that teachers major on biology are feeling with, auspice from J middle school to teachers, containment from biology group in J middle school to teachers, strategy of biology teachers, functions of students'parents.Part4. Pick-up theory from the case, mainly show that curriculum leadership is an important safeguard in the implement of new curriculum, subject group and every member in the group as one leaguer will be faced with difficulties, and how to conquer them. Curriculum leadership of Biology group is continue and complementarities of principal's curriculum leadership. New curriculum and the problem of teaching material, curriculum training and curriculum resource are also existed.
