Research On International Cooperation In Vocational Training In My Country

In recent years,the State had made arrangements for the opening up of education in the new period and The Belt and Road Initiative educational action,put forward the suggestion of carrying out lifelong vocational skill training system and the requirements of comprehensively improving the level of international cooperation in vocational training.Economic globalization and regional integration promote active intra regional trade and investment.As the most closely related education content with social productio,vocational training needs to follow the trend of global economic integration,serves The Belt and Road Initiative,provides talent and intellectual support for China's "coming in" and "going out".With the continuous improvement of scale and quality,vocational schools are increasingly aware of the role of international cooperation in their own development and personnel training.In short,international cooperation in vocational training has been raised to an increasingly important level,but the research based on the international exchange and cooperation of vocational training has not been paid enough attention by the theoretical circles,and lacks systematic research.Therefore,it is necessary to seriously summarize the course of international cooperation in vocational training since the 21st century,learn from the successful experience and lessons of Germany,and put forward suggestions to promote international cooperation in vocational training based on the basis of China's vocational training and the actual situation of international cooperation.This paper first introduces the definition of vocational training and the concept of international cooperation in vocational training,summarizes the current situation of China's vocational training international cooperation from the perspectives of UNESCO,vocational training input and vocational training output,analyzes the cooperation trends and challenges,analyzes the strategies and measures of German vocational training internationalization and the enlightenment to China's vocational training,and finally embarks on the political reform of government,school and linkage mechanism,this paper puts forward suggestions on international cooperation of vocational training.
