Research On The Employment Status And Countermeasures Of The 2018-2020 Basketball-oriented Sports Graduate Students In Shandong Province

In recent years,the number of graduate enrollment is gradually increasing,and the number of graduates with master's degree or above is increasing,which leads to the imbalance between supply and demand of graduate employment,and the employment situation is also changing from good to bad.The relationship between supply and demand has brought too much pressure to graduate employment.The difficult employment of college students has become a common concern of the whole society.Under the influence of the bad employment environment,basketball sports graduate students are also facing a huge test in employment.The employment of basketball sports graduate students has also caused social and related scholars' problems,which has become an urgent problem to be solved.Basketball direction sports master students have strong professional,clear career selection goals,small industrial flow,and small social demand,which leads to the relatively narrow employment field.Facing the increasingly saturated sports employment market and professional limitations,in recent years,the employment situation is very negative for the basketball direction of the master of sports graduate students.Through the investigation of the employment status of the basketball direction master of sports in Shandong Province,we can understand the employment status and the influencing factors of the employment of the basketball master students in Shandong Province,and put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions to the existing problems.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct in-depth investigation and research,taking the employment status of Sports Postgraduates in Shandong Province as the research object,taking Shandong Institute of physical education,Shandong Normal University,Qufu Normal University,Shandong University as the research object Taking the graduates of sports master in basketball direction of Ludong University and Liaocheng University as the research objects,this paper studies the basic situation,employment mode,employment status and influencing factors of the graduates in basketball direction in three years.The conclusions are as follows:1.In the 2018,2019 and 2020 basketball postgraduate students in Shandong Province,male students account for the vast majority,while female students only account for a small part.The higher political component is conducive to employment,and the employment mode is mainly self employment.2.In Shandong Province,the vast majority of basketball postgraduate students in 2018,2019 and 2020 choose schools for employment,mainly in primary schools,and less in civil servants and other occupations.3.The employment and employment of 2018,2019 and 2020 is mainly concentrated in the second and third-tier cities,so there is a gap between the expected salary and the actual salary,and the graduate concept of basketball is changing to a reasonable way.4.Basketball students in Shandong Province in 2018,2019 and 2020 believe that the problem affecting the employment difficulties of graduate students is the continuous expansion of masters in physical education,and the main factors for the success of employment are the outstanding comprehensive quality and individual ability.5.The individual ability of master's degree in basketball students in 2018,2019 and 2020 needs to be improved.6.Shandong 2018,2019,2019 and 2020 basketball graduates lack relevant employment guidance.
