| Under the trend of more and more college graduates in our country,the employment situation of college sports graduates is not optimistic,but the proposal of "entrepreneurship instead of employment" for sports graduates to alleviate the current predicament.At the same time,the state has also invested a lot of energy to prepare and improve various supporting policies,hoping to provide help for the students who graduated from sports taekwondo major in colleges and universities.The students who graduated from sports taekwondo major will try their best to support the government.Policy,the application of the professional knowledge of what they have learned in their career,they cultivate knowledge-based talent is not only a school,but also can adapt to the changing social practice talents,with good quality and innovation,this paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,logic analysis and other methods,based on the Heilongjiang province ordinary university taekwondo graduates entrepreneurship status survey and related industry present situation analysis,the study found:(1)Most Taekwondo graduates in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province tend to start their own businesses,so the entrepreneurship rate of graduates is high.However,the gender distribution of graduates is uneven,with male students being significantly more than female students.(2)Most entrepreneurs have the idea of starting a business when they are studying their major.In order to better apply their professional knowledge and create rich business value,they can arrange their working hours flexibly so as to have the life they want.(3)Selfentrepreneurship and group entrepreneurship are the main forms for graduates to choose entrepreneurship.Generally,they will choose the major direction they are good at.However,such forms are single,which is not conducive to convincing investors,and the start-up fund cannot be in place.(4)As newcomers,graduates do not understand the changing rules of the market,and their connections are also very limited.Even if they have strong professional knowledge,they cannot play the maximum role.Moreover,most entrepreneurs do not have clear goals and strong professional qualities,so it is difficult for them to undertake the risks caused by various projects.Aimed at graduates in startup problems encountered,and for Heilongjiang province ordinary university taekwondo and improve the special graduate entrepreneurship ability,to adapt to the social taekwondo graduates more and more strict requirements,colleges and universities to help their own entrepreneurial experience,to improve the colleges and universities and the government after the feasibility and effectiveness of decision making,entrepreneurs to create some opportunities for graduates,this paper puts forward the graduates should do the following: when business 1)have good physical quality and the right through life,which guarantees the difficulty in the future business;2)Actively participate in various practical activities to exercise their social practice ability and interpersonal skills;3)acquire solid professional knowledge and various skills to build their own knowledge system;4)Actively participate in various entrepreneurship lectures,enhance their knowledge and learn to plan their own career;5)focus on activities,between colleges know grasp the good opportunity to show themselves,etc.,these countermeasures put forward further help college graduates to adapt to the business environment,to create a suitable for their own road of entrepreneurship,better for them to provide a solid guarantee,cultivate conforms to the social development of innovative entrepreneurial talent. |
