| With the accelerating process of higher education, the number of collegegraduates increases every year, so the employment of college graduates hasbecome the focus of pubic attention. Employment of college graduates isimportant not only for the immediate interests of the graduates, but also for thesustainable development of higher education. It is essential not only torejuvenating our country through secience and education, and the implementationof the strategy of actualization of a strong country with talent, but also to thesocial stability and the overall situation of building a moderately prosperoussociety. Employment of college graduates in China has caused great concern inthe party and the government. This thesis attempts to analyze employmentdifficulties of Heilongjiang college graduates,and tries to find the and causes ofemployment problems in Heilongjiang Province, and work out concrete measuresto solve the employment problems.The thesis first summarizes the employment situation of college graduatesin Heilongjiang Province. The employment situation of graduates in total isanalyzed,in terms of relations between the quality of graduate employment andeducation levels, relations between employment quality and professionalstructure,relations between graduate employment and gender,relations betweenindustry and their employment rate.The thesis points out the main factors ofrestricting the employment rate of the college graduates in Heilongjiang Province:contradiction between total labor market supply and demand, higher education,the structural imbalance in supply of higher education and effective employmentsystem is not perfect, reduced economic growth elasticity of employmentabsorption capacity and choice of employment Restricted by idea of employment.By taking a "transfer" approach, the thesis use the the SWOT analysis instrategic management to analyze the employment situation of universitygraduates, pointing out the external opportunities,threats, strengths andweaknesses of employment of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province.Problems in the employment of college graduates are also analyesd in term ofgovernment functions, universities, employers, social agencies and graduates respectively.The thesis proposes corresponding solutions: to make up for the absence ofgovernment functions, to go all out to promote the employment of graduates;accelerating reform, to improve the employment guidance services in university;to change the employment concept of graduate, to strengthen the overall qualityof graduates, and to improve core competitivenes, to enhance the its developmentand the rational allocation of human resources; to establish a market economyunder the fair employment mechanism, to regulate the talent market system; toestablish and improve rules and regulations, and to monitor the running ofstandardization of social intermediaries. |
