A Study On The Employment Intention Of Fresh Graduates In Gansu Province

Building "Belt and Road Initiative" is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,to take the initiative to deal with profound changes in the global situation and to coordinate the overall situation at home and abroad.It is of great significance to the promotion of China's new round of opening-up and common development of countries along the routes.Gansu Province is the main participant and the biggest beneficiary of Belt and Road Initiative because of its geographical relationship.The promotion of Belt and Road Initiative construction will make Gansu a new round of major economic growth areas in China.Economic development will bring a large number of new jobs to contemporary college students.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,Gansu's total economic volume is still at the bottom of the rankings,and it is affected by the lag in economic development.Sound,the problem of difficult employment of college students is still prominent.Therefore,theoretically speaking,the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative" requires a large number of professional personnel,but in the investigation of the employment intention of fresh graduates of colleges and universities in Gansu Province,we can clearly see the current employment intention of college students.There is still a big problem with the concept of employment.Based on the multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge and the research methods of literature analysis and questionnaire analysis,this paper makes a special study on the employment outlet of some college graduates in Gansu Province under the background of "Belt and Road Initiative",taking Gansu colleges and universities as an example,by means of literature analysis and questionnaire analysis.The purpose is to analyze the influence of "Belt and Road Initiative" on Gansu's economic development,and to look forward to "Belt and Road Initiative".This paper discusses the employment intention,the present situation and the reasons of the difficulty in employment of the fresh graduates in Gansu Province,and draws lessons from the theory and successful experience of the employment of college graduates at home and abroad by drawing lessons from the employment theories and successful experiences of college graduates at home and abroad.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve theemployment problems of college graduates in Gansu province.This paper has carried on the analysis and the research from six parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,significance,the definition of the related concepts,the summary of the relevant research,and the research methods and train of thought.The second part analyzes the opportunities and challenges that Belt and Road Initiative brings to college graduates in Gansu province."Belt and Road Initiative" has expanded the employment channels of college students,and provided a broad field of entrepreneurship and preferential policies for college students.At the same time,the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative" has also brought new challenges to the employment of college graduates.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the theoretical study,improve the comprehensive ability,and innovate the concept of thinking.The third part is "Belt and Road Initiative" implementation of Gansu Province graduates employment intention analysis.Firstly,it introduces the evolution of the employment policy and the employment intention of the fresh graduates in Gansu Province.Secondly,from the basic situation of the new graduates,the concept and intention of employment of the college students.This paper investigates the employment status and intention of college graduates in Gansu province from four aspects:the understanding of "Belt and Road Initiative" policy and their views on employment relationship.The fourth part analyzes the employment factors of college graduates in Gansu province from three aspects.It is pointed out that with the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative",Gansu's economy will gradually improve,together with the increase in employment opportunities and trade efficiency in other industries through strengthening infrastructure construction,connectivity,and so on.The employment opportunities and environment of college students will also be further changed,and the employment structure will be diversified.At the same time,from the employment intention,the implementation of the policy,the guidance work of colleges and universities,the quality of students and other aspects,this paper analyzes the comprehensive factors that cause the employment difficulty of college graduates.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the employment of fresh graduates of Gansu colleges and universities in the implementation of Belt and Road Initiative.According to the actual situation of Gansu Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment of fresh graduates in Gansu Province from the aspects of changing the concept of employment of recent graduates,the macro-control of government,the improvement of educational guidance in colleges and universities,and the improvement of college students' quality.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
