"Sensitive" is a trait that can foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.People of different professions should have different "sensitive".The teaching sensitivity of kindergarten teachers can not only improve the quality of education,promote teaching reform,but also help kindergarten teachers to achieve professional growth and promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children.At present,in practice,kindergarten teachers ' teaching sensitivity level,and the factors affecting their teaching sensitivity are all which need in-depth exploration,understanding and thinking.Therefore,it is valuable and important of practical significance to pay attention to the current situation of kindergarten teachers 'teaching sensitivity and to understand the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' teaching sensitivity.This study uses survey and observation methods to understand the current situation and influencing factors of the teaching sensitivity of kindergarten teachers.First,511 questionnaires on Teaching Sensitivity were distributed in S City,including 495 were valid to understand the sensitive situation of kindergarten teachers,select 5 kindergarten teachers involving small,medium and large classes to observe as evidence of the current situation;and finally,interview 5 kindergarten teachers to understand the sensitive influencing factors of kindergarten teachers.Accordingly,the feasibility suggestions to improve the teaching sensitivity of kindergarten teachers are put forward.The study found that: first,in the 5-point system,the overall teaching sensitivity and scores in all dimensions are above 3.7,above the middle,indicating that the teaching sensitivity level is good,but it still needs to be improved.From each dimension,the highest interpersonal sensitivity level,mainly reflected in the kindergarten teachers ' attention,understanding and adaptability to children,followed by the scene sensitivity,specifically reflected in the internal and external environment of the activity room,and finally,reflected in the kindergarten teachers before,during and after the teaching activities.Secondly,in terms of demographic variables,the teaching sensitivity level of kindergarten teachers improves with the age and age;the teaching sensitivity level of kindergarten teachers with secondary title needs to be improved;the undergraduate degree has the highest teaching sensitivity level;the kindergarten teachers with the monthly income of RMB 4000-5000 yuan.Third,the internal influencing factors of kindergarten teachers 'teaching sensitivity are knowledge structure,emotional state,correct children' s view,ethics self-discipline;external factors include the kindergarten environment,national policy and public opinion.Finally,specific suggestions are made according to the research results to be made for reference to kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and future research.
