Research On The Burnout Of Primary School PE Teachers In Wuxi City And Its Influencing Factors

In 1974, psychoanalysis Freudenberger put forward the concept of "burnout" for the first time, and burnout gradually became the focus of research in the educational and psychological circles. Many reports both at home and abroad have shown that teachers are highly susceptible to job burnout,which seriously affect the healthy development of teachers' physical and mental health and the development of quality education. In the background of the curriculum reform of basic education, the role of the teacher and take occupation concept is very different than before, whether it is the cognition of curriculum, students, parents, schools and social commitment, or for their occupation value demands, psychological expectations are closely related with teachers'.Reform is a double-edged sword, on the one hand,it injects new vitality. On the other hand, it may cause mental distress to teachers' teaching and life, and burnout is a psychological phenomenon which attracts more and more attention. Job burnout is characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lower sense of achievement, which will affect the quality of education and teaching, the physical and mental health of teachers and the all-round development of students.The research on Wuxi city (not including Jiangyin city and Yixing city) of primary school PE Teachers Occupation Burnout and its influence as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to research the primary school sports teachers occupation burnout status and influencing factors in Wuxi City, and put forward the mitigation strategies and advice from teachers, school level and social level.The results of the study show that: The results show that: (1) the primary school physical education teachers' job burnout in Wuxi is the most serious, the most serious is the depersonalization, and many teachers have the tendency of job burnout. (2)Wuxi primary school physical education teachers' job burnout in gender, whether the class teacher, marriage,whether coaches,seniority and whether there is no difference in administrative positions. (3) there are differences in the age and monthly income of the primary school physical education teachers in Wuxi. (4) there are differences in the degree of job burnout, especially junior college degree or above. (5) Wuxi city primary school sports teachers occupation burnout is caused by multiple factors,respectively, personality, interpersonal relationship, organizational atmosphere,student factors, social factors, work load, family factors, educational development. (6)the influence of the eight factors on the primary school physical education teacher burnout in Wuxi, the influence of the different dimensions of the three. The dimensions of emotional exhaustion, 8 factors influence the order: social factors,student factors, work load, organizational atmosphere, education, family factors,interpersonal relationship; depersonalization, 8 factors influence the order: personality,interpersonal relationship, organizational atmosphere, student factors, social factors,work load, family factors, educational development; personal accomplishment dimensions, 8 factors influence the order: organizational climate, social factors,educational development, student factors, family factors, interpersonal relationship,personality, work load.
