| A century-old plan is based on education;a grand plan for education is based on teachers.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Construction of the Shanghai Teacher Team" clearly proposes to build a team of high-quality teachers with core competitiveness to improve the modernization and internationalization of Shanghai’s basic education.The construction of a professional learning community for teacher training has become a major international trend,and many studies have shown that the professional learning community has a positive role in improving the professional ability and subject quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools.Since the inception of the "Double Name Project" in Shanghai in 2005(the training project for famous principals and teachers in Shanghai’s general education system),the third phase has been successfully carried out and is currently in the fourth phase of the training cycle.This article uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and mathematical statistics method to comb the professional learning community theory based on the five elements of the professional learning community,shared values and vision,collective Learning and application,shared and supportive leadership,supportive conditions,and shared personal practice are the analytical frameworks to investigate the development status of the fourth phase of the " Famous principals and teachers training project of Shanghai general education system " sports base,find problems and make suggestions for improvement.At the same time,it can also provide references for the construction and development of sports bases in other regions.Through the above theoretical research and investigation and analysis,the following results are obtained:(1)In terms of shared values and visions,the construction of sports bases is better,which is specifically manifested in the consistency of the visions of members and base construction;(2)In terms of collective learning and application,each base can regularly organize collective seminars,and members Both can divide labor and cooperate in base activities,but gain less in the process of exchanges and cooperation;(3)In terms of supporting and sharing leadership,base hosts can empower members to participate in base affairs decision-making and activities;(4))In terms of supporting conditions,the government has given a large amount of policy and financial support to the bases,but the physical curriculum resource database for the important content of the base construction has not been constructed.At the same time,the participation of members in the base activities has also been affected by external factors;(5)In terms of shared personal practice,most members can gain new gains from collective learning,but most members still participate in activities as knowledge receivers.Based on the analysis of the research results,the following four conclusions are drawn:1.Support from the government and education departments is an important supporting condition for base construction2.The participation of university sports experts in collective learning can improve the training effectiveness of the base3.The weak scientific research ability of teachers hinders the construction of the base4.The cooperation and exchanges of base members show strong task-driven characteristicsIn response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:1.The government and education departments provide strong support for base construction funds and policies.2.Actively carry out multi-faceted cooperation with university experts to build a U-S teacher professional learning community.3.Focus on creating research and learning modules according to the needs of members.4.Carry out joint teaching and research between bases to realize resource sharing... |
