Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Community Of Famous Sports Teachers In Suzhou

Since modern times,achieving the great rejuvenation of China has been the greatest dream of China.The construction of a strong education nation and a strong sports nation is the basic project to realize the great revival of the China.Quality sports teacher team is the most important factor of the construction of a strong nation.Therefore,various cities and regions have successively launched various unique teacher training models in accordance with local characteristics.Since March 2010,Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province has built a community for the development of famous sports teachers.Through the growth and high-level development of famous sports teachers,they have played a role of "radiation" and "fission" and trained a group of outstanding young backbone teachers.In this context,this study takes the Current Situation of Suzhou Development Community of Famous Sports Teachers as the starting point,summarizes the beneficial experiences and effective models in the operation of Suzhou Development Community of Famous Sports Teachers,and discusses the main problems in its operation.In the past,a number of suggestions were made to provide reference and inspiration for physical education teachers to become the front runner in the construction of a strong sports country,a vital force in the construction of a strong education country,and a vanguard in the construction of a healthy China.This paper uses the methods of literature data,semi-structured interview,case study,participatory observation,and logic analysis.The following conclusions were obtained during the research:The main results of the operation of Suzhou Development Community of Famous Sports Teachers:(1)Organize high-quality physical education public courses to improve teacher education and teaching ability;(2)Organize a series of lectures by famous teachers to improve teachers' scientific research and innovation ability;(3)Organize the creation of outstanding teachers Studio to improve the level of regional physical education and teaching;(4)organize attention to the research hotspots of physical education disciplines and complete research on physical education and teaching related topics.Relevant strategies to promote the operation of Suzhou Development Community of Famous Sports Teachers:(1)Reasonably arrange the number of teachers in each region;(2)Optimize the ratio of sports teachers in each semester;(3)Enrich the construction of teaching resources for famous teachers;(4)Pay attention to sports and health Teaching of theoretical lessons.
