As the language carrier of the Chinese ancient literature,classical Chinese is elegant and implicit.It has a profound culture background and plays an important role in high school Chinese teaching.Currently,as the deepening of the new curriculum reform,classical Chinese has been given even deeper meaning in the high school Chinese teaching.The new teaching thinking of attaching equal importance to “language” and “text”,will gradually take place of the old classical Chinese teaching concept of emphasizing on the “language”.Through introducing the autonomous learning into the classical Chinese teaching along with the effective guidance from teachers,the dominant role of students can be brought into full play in the classical Chinese learning.Students' application ability of classical Chinese languages and the cultural identity of the excellent traditional Chinese culture can be improved in all respects.The object in this research is the classical Chinese autonomous learning of high school students.Through the investigation and research of all students and Chinese teachers in senior one of Nanjing E middle school,efforts are made to look for the existing problems in the classical Chinese autonomous learning of high school students,offer improvement proposals about senior high school students' autonomous learning of classical Chinese and teachers' guidance based on the problems found.The paper structure is as follows:Introduction: In this part,it's mainly the elaboration of the meaning of the selected topic,the definition of the core concept of autonomous learning,carding and summarizing the results of relevant researches on international and domestic autonomous learning of classical Chinese,and brief explanation of the research design.Chapter 1: In this chapter,questionnaire is made based on the research framework of autonomous learning brought by Zimmerman and the characteristics of classical Chinese in high school Chinese.The questionnaire investigation is made on the students from Nanjing E middle school from the 6 respects of the motivation,method,time control,results,material environment and society environment of autonomous learning,and then the relevant analysis is made on the investigation results.Chapter 2: Summarize the existing problems in the classical Chinese autonomous learning of high school students from Nanjing E middle school based on the results of the students' questionnaire investigation.The main problems of the students in the classical Chinese autonomous learning are the lack of strong motivation,clarity of the content and systematicness of the method in the autonomous learning;on the side of the teachers,it's the insufficient development and application of the official textbooks and the vague identification on the students' dominant role that caused the lack of diversity in the classical Chinese teaching design and the lack of effectiveness in guiding students in the classical Chinese autonomous learning.Therefore,deep analysis is made on the reasons for the problems above,from the respects of the multiple value of classical Chinese,the teaching efficiency in the classical Chinese lessons,the systematic methods of classical Chinese autonomous learning,the development of the textbook by teachers,the teachers' understanding towards the new curriculum reform and so on.Chapter 3: Make practical improvement measures based on the problems and its reasons in the high school classical Chinese autonomous learning.The measures are guiding the students in realizing the multiple value of classical Chinese;helping the students find the direction in autonomous learning through a diverse teaching form;paying attention to stratified teaching and systematically regulate the autonomous learning methods of students;improving the teachers' understanding for the new curriculum reform and the curriculum goal consciousness;enhancing the training awareness of the teachers to make them more engaged in curriculum development.In the end it is the conclusions and appendix of the paper.
