Under the current national conditions,the number of rural primary schools still occupies a considerable proportion in the total number of primary schools in China.With the process of urbanization,a large number of schools at the border between rural and urban areas have been built into urban schools along with the development of urbanization.The construction of this batch of schools from hardware and software is good.It is of great significance to the success of education in China,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of the "two centenary" goals of the Chinese dream.In this paper,using literature study and investigation study,field survey was carried out on the sample school teachers and the educational research group research,and random sample area of the teachers in the school for interviews and questionnaire survey,the problem of the construction of teachers and the educational research group and material collecting,sorting and analysis,as the writer of the paper set up the first-hand information,and analysis of first-hand data.The main content of the study is the teaching and research group construction of the sample objects,including teachers' views and suggestions on the teaching and research group construction and the current situation,their views on the school work,their expectations on their own professional development,and their understanding of the efficiency and organization of the school's teaching and research activities.The purpose of the research is to improve the practical ability of the teaching and research group to integrate resources and improve the utilization efficiency of rural school resources.To build a platform for teachers to communicate and learn from each other and promote teachers' professional growth and development;Forming the benign interaction between the team and the individual,and finally achieving the common development of the team and the individual.Take this as a breakthrough point,enhance the vitality of rural education,help China's rural education to achieve upgrading and transformation.According to the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire survey,combined with individual interviews,it is found that the organizational structure and operation mode of the school can be based on the professional development of teachers,and teachers have positive subjectivity kinetic energy in the construction of a reflective teamwork culture.However,in some aspects,it is found that under the special background of the transformation of rural schools into urban schools,there are still some problems in the organization and construction of primary school teaching and research offices,as well as in the actual process: the structure of teaching and research team is unreasonable;The school team cooperation system has not been established;The foundation of teaching and research culture construction of the teaching and research group is not solid;The teaching staff is not perfect;There are many shortcomings in campus culture construction;The effect of teaching and research activities of the teaching and research group is not good;The development of teaching and research activities is a mere formality and the internal motivation of teachers' growth is insufficient.Chinese teaching and research activity form is unitary and so on.Through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward in this study: 1.Establish common goals from the level of ideology.Emphasis on the school organization members to participate in the management of the coordination mechanism,the formation of teachers self-motivation as the motivation,with team cooperation as the core of the school culture.2.Upgrade the school network and improve the infrastructure of the information-based campus.3,from the action due to school conditions to grasp the real teaching and research.With the help of the network,the school establishes a platform for teachers to communicate with each other,so as to promote opportunities for teachers and students to communicate and discuss in various directions.Adhere to the promotion of teacher professional development as the core to carry out a series of teaching and research activities.4.Organizationally improve the performance evaluation system and system.To improve the evaluation index,properly include the work of the teaching and research group and its members into the performance score,and improve the working enthusiasm of the teaching and research group members;According to the teachers' developmental and process evaluation,teachers should be liberated from the daily administrative burden.
