With the promulgation of the "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" and the implementation of the new college entrance examination selection system,it is required to cultivate the core literacy of middle school students in chemistry.In order to better implement literacy-oriented teaching,traditional education models are facing reforms,and traditional chemistry classrooms are also seeking changes.OBE(Outcome-Based Education)educational philosophy includes the core ideas of outcome-oriented,student-centered,and continuous improvement.By learning from the successful experience of OBE education concept in engineering education and teacher certification,combining OBE education concept with middle school chemistry teaching is conducive to the development of middle school chemistry teaching.This research is based on Taylor's principle,Bloom's mastery of learning theory,and the core literacy of chemistry disciplines.It draws on the core ideas of OBE education philosophy,and uses literature research,case studies,and questionnaire surveys.The relevant content of compulsory chemistry courses in senior high school conducts teaching design and teaching practice trial research.First of all,based on the needs analysis of high school chemistry teaching,through interviews to understand the degree of understanding and recognition of the "Chemistry core literacy" of middle school chemistry teachers.Then,learn from the core ideas of OBE teaching philosophy,construct a teaching model based on OBE philosophy for the content of compulsory chemistry courses in high school,and compare it with traditional teaching design.On the basis of completing the design of the teaching model,design a questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation and difficulties of students in the three types of courses: "Concepts and Principles","Elemental Compounds" and "Experiments",aiming at the three types of courses Carry out teaching case design separately.Finally,take the "oxidation-reduction reaction" in the "concepts and principles" course type as an example for teaching practice,and analyze the effect of teaching practice through evaluation scales,student interviews and exercises.The study found that the teaching model based on the OBE concept has certain application value in teaching practice.First,it conforms to the core concept of the new curriculum standard,and plays a certain role in cultivating the chemistry core literacy of students;second,it conforms to the student outlook under the new curriculum standard,and the teaching design based on the OBE concept can fully reflect the "student-centered" idea.It is conducive to stimulating the inner motivation of students and developing the core literacy of students;the third is an attempt to integrate the OBE concept into the teaching design and practice of middle school chemistry under the background of the implementation of the new curriculum standards,in order to explore the concept of OBE and the teaching design and practice of middle school subject teaching Provides a new option.
