Research purposes: Standard dance has developed rapidly in my country in recent years, but compared with foreign outstanding players, there is still a certain gap between the technical level and competitive ability of standard dance players in my country. As an important part of physical fitness, balance is also one of the five judging elements of the WDSF2.1 scoring system.Balance is coordinated and controlled by the visual system, vestibular system, and proprioceptive system. At present, domestic standard dancers still rely on traditional dance training methods for balance training, while most of the functional training performed by standard dancers focuses on strength and speed.Training, while neglecting the training of the nervous system. The research attempts to explore the relevant training methods of Swiss ball to improve the proprioception system of the athletes, and then improve the balance ability of the athletes.Research methods: This article adopts the literature method, expert interview method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods.40 people from the International Standard Dance Specialty Program of the Art College of Chengdu Sport University of the team were the research objects, and the Swiss ball training program was added to the daily training of standard dancers for eight weeks of training. Before and after the experiment, the results of the athlete's adaptability test(ADT),sensory integration test(SOT)and special balance ability test were analyzed and compared.Research result:(1)Adaptability testing: After eight weeks of training,no significant changes were found in all indicators of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant;the experimental group was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant. The results of comparison between the groups indicated that there was a significant difference in the decrease in both the Toes Up and Toes Down states of the experimental group compared with the control group.(2)Sensory integration test: After eight weeks of training, although the indicators of the control group and the experimental group have improved, they have not shown a significant improvement.(3)Special balance ability test: After eight weeks of training, although the control group has a downward trend in the special balance ability index, there is no significant difference, which is not statistically significant;the experimental group has a significant improvement compared with the pre-training group; The results of the inter-comparison show that the experimental group has a significant improvement compared with the control group.Analysis conclusion:(1)Comparing the Swiss ball training method with the traditional physical training and ballet basic training, the unique instability of the Swiss ball training method can stimulate the deep-seated muscles of the standard dancers, thereby improving the performance of the standard dancers. The ability to maintain the least swing when sudden changes occur and the ability to adapt to different ground environments to maintain a balanced posture to ensure that standard dancers respond to various unexpected situations faster in competitive competitions to maintain stability between themselves and their partners Improve competition Achievement.(2)Although the training method that combines traditional physical training and basic ballet training has a positive impact on the balance ability of standard dancers,it is not sufficiently targeted compared with the Swiss ball training method, and the training effect is not significant.(3)Through the sensory integration test results,it can be seen that although the Swiss ball training method combined with traditional physical training and ballet basic training has a positive impact on the athlete's vision, vestibular sense and proprioception, this Neither method can improve the vision, vestibular and proprioception of standard dancers in the short term.(4)In the analysis of the results of the special balance ability,it can be seen that the traditional physical training combined with the basic ballet training training method and the Swiss ball training method can effectively improve the core strength of the standard dancers, but the balance and the balance during the exercise The balance in a specific shape,Swiss ball training is higher than the training method that combines traditional physical training and basic ballet training.
