| Objectives:Nowadays,with the continuous development of aerobics technology,athletes’ competitive level is constantly climbing,in order to achieve more ideal results in the competition,the athletic ability is also put forward high quality requirements.This study conducted a 12-week core strength training intervention with Swiss ball as the main body for aerobics athletes,and tested and analyzed the influence on the balance ability of the athletes,so as to test the effectiveness of the training means and methods,and provide a scientific theoretical basis for future training.Methods:By using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire,experiment and other research methods,20 members of aerobics team of Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects.By referring to the data results of the measured indicators,height,weight,age,training years,etc.,they were randomly divided into a group of 10 people and divided into the control group and the experimental group.On the basis of daily training,subjects in the experimental group received core strength training based on Swiss ball(refers to strength training performed under unstable conditions),while subjects in the control group received traditional core strength training(refers to strength training in a steady state).The intervention lasted for 12 weeks,with strength exercises for at least 60 minutes three times a week.The athletes were tested for core,balance,and specific skills before and after the intervention.The test index of core strength includes the test of explosive power and endurance.The American Biodex Balance System was used to test the balance ability.The tests were divided into(1)static and dynamic stability tests under the condition of standing on one or two feet with eyes open;(2)Dynamic stability limit test under single and double standing state;(3)Test of special skills.Result:(1)After 12 weeks of Swiss ball core strength training intervention,the core strength of the experimental group was effectively improved and enhanced,especially in the left and right side of the lateral lifting strength was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(2)After 12 weeks of Swiss ball core strength training intervention,the experimental group had significant improvement in standing stability and equilibrium indexes of stability limit(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of conventional strength training intervention,the control group also showed significant improvements in some measures of standing stability limits.The Forward indexes of both feet,left foot and right foot were significantly improved(P<0.01).(4)After 12 weeks of Swiss-ball core strength training intervention,the results of specific skill index test in the experimental group were also significantly improved(P<0.05).(5)After 12 weeks of traditional strength training intervention,the control group had a significant increase in the level of specific skills,which was measured by leg rotation 360°(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of core exercises with Swiss balls as training means,it has obvious effects on strengthening the strength of the waist and abdomen on both sides of the aerobics team,improving their standing stability and standing stability limit,and promoting the improvement of special difficulty skills.(2)By 12 weeks training as a Swiss ball means the core of the practice,to feel the improvement and development of the aerobics players vestibular and ontology,and conducive to improve the stability of the handsome players on their own body,it is important to the players(static,dynamic)in terms of balance ability quality is improved and can see the significant promotion effect.(3)The core strength exercises in the study were mainly conducted with Swiss balls as training tools.In the core strength training,the training means are more diversified,and because of the innovation of the means and the distinctive function,it is more novel and rich than the traditional strength quality training.The use of equipment in the exercise can better stimulate the athletes’ interest in training and improve the enthusiasm of the team members during training.(4)The Swiss ball as the training means of core exercises for small muscle group stimulation is more obvious,pay attention to the stability of the human body;Traditional strength training is mainly based on the stimulation of large muscle groups,which is more obvious in the development of muscle explosive force.In the future quality training,the Swiss ball training can be scientifically and reasonably integrated into the traditional quality training,so that the training effect will achieve twice the result with half the effort. |
