Study On The Interactive Mechanism Of "Official" And "Civil" Public Opinion Fields In COVid-19 Epidemic

With the development of emerging technologies,the general public gradually grasped the right of discourse expression,and the public opinion field gradually broke the dominant position of the official public opinion field,and began to occupy a high place in the domestic public opinion field.The positions of the two public opinion fields gradually began to be evenly matched,and the struggle for the right of discourse also began to emerge.From the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic gradually swept across China from Wuhan.In this public health emergency,the two public opinion fields in China showed diversified and complicated characteristics.In particular,during the COVID-19 epidemic,the two public opinion fields entered the active stage simultaneously.If the official public opinion field and the private public opinion field cannot have a benign interaction,it will produce various unstable factors to the whole social public sentiment,and even hinder the solution of various problems in the public opinion field.So,delving into the official public opinion and public opinion field of interactive transmission mechanism,can more effectively as a whole and the development of the official games public opinion and public opinion,the better to avoid the two public opinion field interaction of all kinds of complex problems,to establish a virtuous cycle of domestic public opinion environment,maintaining the social stability development has important significance.In this paper,the interaction between two public opinion fields in the COVID-19 epidemic is studied and analyzed by using field theory,communication theory,journalism and other related theories and using literature research method,content analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.Firstly,it defines the concepts in the research and summarizes the basic research theories.Secondly,it analyzes the generating mechanism of the two public opinion fields and their respective communication characteristics.Then,explore the presentation and interaction forms of the two public opinion fields in the COVID-19 epidemic,and grasp the law of their interaction.Finally,we find out the problems arising from the interaction between the two public opinion fields and find out how to construct the benign interaction mechanism between the two public opinion fields.
