With the continuous advancement of information technology and the continuous upgrading of construction concepts,the era of Internet sharing has arrived.Resource sharing is gradually become a hot spot for public interest in improving resource utilization and increasing benefits.In recent years,the informatization of basic education has emerged as the focus of China’s education informatization construction.National funding in the field of basic education has gradually increased,the construction concept of sharing quality education resources has been upgraded,and various informatization teaching equipment and software platforms have been widely used nationwide.National policies are geared towards raising the strategic status of education informatization,expanding the coverage of quality resources,promoting equity in education,actively developing "Internet + education",and deepening the construction and application of the "three classrooms" and online educational teaching resources.In China’s basic education sector,there are still real problems in sharing resources,such as barriers to inter-school resource sharing,a single level of resource development and utilization,and the level of information technology application,and there are objective problems in the implementation of existing policies,such as insufficient implementation,poor targeting and lack of depth.Based on this,the article mainly studies the development course of our country’s basic education resources Internet sharing from the perspective of public policy,combing national policy-related content and industrial development profiles,analyzes policy specific effects and existence problems,and this is based on this,and proposes to establish unified resource platform,realize measures such as cross-regional resource circulation,promotion of information technology and education,and build resource certification systems.In the era of "Internet+",education informatisation has risen to the level of national strategy,with optimising the level of information technology and improving the efficiency of resource utilisation becoming issues of widespread public concern.National policies need to increase institutional innovation in the direction of improving the top-level design of information technology,promoting the renewal of educational concepts and exploring new mechanisms for resource sharing.Practice has demonstrated that Internet sharing of basic education resources is of practical significance in promoting balanced development of education,improving the quality of education and teaching,as well as optimising the quality of teachers and students.
