Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Extracurricular Sports Activities In Middle Schools In Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County

The high-quality development of extracurricular sports activities can improve students' physique,enrich students' extracurricular study life,and play a positive role in promoting lifelong physical exercise habits.In recent years,the state has promulgated the "Outline of the National Fitness Program","Healthy China Action" and other policy documents aimed at improving the physical and mental problems of young people.In addition,in order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the 2019 Central Poverty Alleviation and Development Work Conference and the requirements for precise poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas.This article focuses on the development of extracurricular sports activities in middle schools in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County.This thesis takes the extracurricular sports activities of Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County Middle School as the research object.Through the research methods such as literature data method,field investigation method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method.From the pre-earthquake period,earthquake disaster period,transition period,reconstruction period,present period to explore the highlights and shortcomings of extracurricular sports activities in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County in the five stages of the period and current situation,and provide practical and reasonable opinions for the local education and sports bureau to improve the quality of extracurricular sports activities in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County.At the same time,it summarizes the reconstruction experience of extracurricular sports activities in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County,and provides reference and reference for the reconstruction of extracurricular sports activities in other disaster areas.Through the investigation,the research results are as follows:(1)At present,morning exercises and inter-class exercises in middle schools in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County are mostly set up in accordance with the requirements of the state,but there are no uniform and regulated requirements for the organization form,and the organization content is relatively simple and mostly exercises for physical fitness;The frequency of afternoon extracurricular sports activities is uneven,and the content is diverse,but the guidance of physical education teachers is lacking;the basic structure of sports competitions has been formed based on the foundation laid during the reconstruction period;the special extracurricular sports activities of Qiang aerobics assisted by Tianjin Sports University is actively carried out in the county's middle schools;the physical training teams are mostly track and field,football,basketball,volleyball and baseball.Except for the mature baseball team,the other competition teams have poor performance.There are problems with teachers and the selection of outstanding sports talents.After the earthquake,with the support of the Shandong Provincial Government,universities,and social organizations,the school's hardware facilities have been greatly improved compared to before the earthquake.All schools have been brand-new with first-class facilities,but small equipment is not supplemented in time,in insufficient quantity,and improperly managed.At present,there are very few counterpart assistance funds in Zhejiang Province and special funds allocated by Sichuan Province for extracurricular sports activities,and the gap is huge.In addition,relying on the national policy,the number of middle school physical education teachers in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County has all reached the national requirements,but there is still a lack of high-level and high-level physical education teachers.The age class of physical education teachers is mainly elderly and young.The overloaded workload of young teachers has resulted in fewer extracurricular sports activities instructed by middle school physical education teachers in the county.Third,the middle schools in Beichuan County have basically set up institutions,personnel,rules and regulations to carry out extracurricular sports activities,and each school has guaranteed the time requirements for the development of daily extracurricular sports activities,but the implementation of extracurricular sports activities still needs to be improved.In addition,under the guidance of current policies,school leaders,physical education directors,and physical education teachers have greatly improved their cognition of extracurricular sports activities,but the school's unilateral pursuit of enrollment rates and the tendency to emphasize intellectual education over physical education still exists,Which greatly hinders the development of extracurricular sports activities in rural primary and secondary schools.Students are not sufficiently aware of school sports.Parents do not have a good understanding of extracurricular sports activities.They generally attach importance to students' cultural class performance and believe that everything is good if they study well,which affects students' active participation in extracurricular physical exercises.(2)In view of the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in the middle schools of Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County,the government should continue to improve or implement relevant policies,rely on universities to carry out special extracurricular sports activities,and integrate resources with the school itself as the main body.In addition,the extracurricular sports activities management policy should be implemented to change concepts,improve ideological awareness and teachers' professional level,and improve the teacher management system to continue to implement the safety of extracurricular sports activities.
