Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Aesthetic Education In Science And Engineering Colleges

From the perspective of human's all-round development law,aesthetic education is the necessary condition for cultivating high-level and high-quality talents in China.Science and engineering colleges and universities undertake the important mission of delivering high-level and high-quality engineering talents to the society.Therefore,more and more science and engineering colleges and universities begin to attach importance to aesthetic education.This paper discusses the aesthetic education of science and engineering universities,and tries to find out the general law of aesthetic education of science and engineering universities.In the investigation and analysis of the current situation of aesthetic education of science and engineering universities,it finds out the shortcomings of the current aesthetic education of science and engineering universities,and then puts forward reasonable suggestions for the aesthetic education of science and engineering universities in the new era.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and the combination of theory and practice.Based on the theory of Marxism's all-round development of aesthetic education,Maslow's hierarchy demand theory and harken's coordination theory,this paper analyzes the research background and significance of aesthetic education in Colleges of science and engineering,combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on aesthetic education and aesthetic education in Colleges of science and engineering,and tries to find out the shortcomings of academic research on Aesthetic Education in Colleges of science and engineering Research provides direction and theoretical basis.Through the questionnaire survey,we found that the main problems in the current aesthetic education of Nanjing University of technology are:the aesthetic level of the students is uneven,the aesthetic education work of the teachers has not yet been implemented,and the importance of the managers to ignore the aesthetic education,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.On this basis,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of aesthetic education in science and engineering colleges and Universities:first,the principles that must be followed in the construction of aesthetic education in science and engineering colleges and universities,namely,the principle of combining educational policy with aesthetic needs,the principle of combining aesthetic education theory with aesthetic education practice,and the principle of coordinating aesthetic education with other disciplines.The second is to enhance the aesthetic education consciousness of the whole teachers and students of science and engineering colleges,that is,to establish the Marxist aesthetic education concept as the guiding ideology,to improve the aesthetic education policy of colleges and universities,to actively create a static and dynamic campus aesthetic education environment;the third is to build a complete aesthetic education management system of science and engineering colleges,that is,to optimize the management function of aesthetic education,to expand the content of aesthetic education courses,to cultivate professional teachers and to improve the aesthetic education evaluation The fourth is to broaden the teaching channels of aesthetic education in Colleges of science and engineering,that is,to strengthen the second classroom construction of aesthetic education in Colleges of science and engineering,to strengthen the collaborative integration of aesthetic education and other disciplines of teaching and scientific research,and to create a new mode of self media network teaching of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities.
