As a common form used in the binding of calligraphy and painting works,the mounting of album pages originated in the Tang Dynasty,became mature in the Song Dynasty and was complete in the Ming Dynasty.The works mounted in the form of pamphlet were mainly used in the binding of ancient books in the early stage.Influenced by the size of the picture and the habit of browsing,the decoration forms were mainly divided into "butterfly suit","push canopy suit" and "fold suit".In this background,this article will start from the image data and real data,combined with appreciation albums paintings new research Angle of view,to the manual work from outer packaging to appreciate the order of inner paintings,combined with the Palace Museum collection album page paintings of the Ming and qing dynasties in frame of material and style of painting box select systematically comb,at the same time,from the perspective of the painter identity and gender perspective and contrast in the Palace Museum,now a page of different painting subjects during Ming and qing dynasties.
